Breakfast was poor, staff had a hard time keeping up with supplies such as coffee cups, creamer, english muffins, baked goods, ketchup, syrup. She kept running out all the above on both mornings, oh and in addition to to-go containers. It wasn’t that there were none left, she just couldn’t keep it stocked out front. It’s hard to justify paying for a partial breakfast. Me and my husband travel a lot and there have been free breakfasts at other hotels that blows this one out of the water.
Also there was only one operating elevator which made the wait time extremely long and frustrating for all at this hotel.
Sorry but I also have to mention that the indoor pool temperature was very cold! As well as the hot tub, cold!! The whole time there was also cold airflow circulating in the area which made both water experiences cold as hell. As far as the room it was nice as we booked the suite. Only thing I would mention is the pillows are terrible, the down really made them flat once you lay your head down. My neck was killing me both nights.
