I want someone to know that Donte the hotel manager is fantastic. Great man to talk with. Always smiling & definitely goes out of his way to make u feel welcomed to the hotel. Donte is an all around nice human being. I know that he probably has gotten nothing but nice thing s to say about him. I wish him the best and God bless Donte.

Walking around at night didn’t feel the safest however the staff was great and the hotel itself felt safe. It’s just like any other city when it comes to walking around in the evening, certain areas are not as well lit so it can seem a little sketchy. The hotel itself is decent, there is room for upgrades for sure in the rooms. Parking was easy and the Tesla charging station was a great convenience. It’s right by inner harbor so walking to aquarium was a convenient as well as to restaurants and shops.

well im sorry to say but my car got towed from in front of the property. now its my fault because i left out front when i checked in. im sorry about that but i was up for the whole night friday night to get there. and then i went to work when i did arrive. so i was tired. and i fell asleep. but you guys have video and you could have easily found just by reviewing before towning my car. so $370.00 later here we are. thank you very much.

The informstion on the property inducated 'pet friendly' but the facility had no areas for pets to relieve themselves. Most importantly the pet 'cleaning fee' (basically pet rate added $150 to the room rate of $175. Do the room was actually close to double the rate. This was mentioned no where on the Sheraton site nor Expedia.

I booked two weeks in advance paid if full. Two queens beds when I get there one bed and a cot my son is over 6 feet tall I’m over 6 feet tall. Neither the hotel or Expedia wouldn’t help me at all and took my money!!!! Watch when booking through a third party now it’s all about the money not the customer at all!!!!

Not perfect, but a decent place.
Overall not a bad place. Not top 5 stars, but affording 5 stars is hard for me personally. That said, the front desk was real good and helpful. The in hotel restaurant was average for the most part, but no complaints. And that chocolate cheesecake dessert i had the first night was real good. If only i had a partner to share it with. ;) Only issue i had was feeling a bit chilly at times when coming back into the room from a long day at the conference. But it's only a minor thing at best.

The property itself is confusing since it is advertised as a Marriot and a Sheraton. The bed has a large crater in the center. It was the most uncomfortable night sleep I have had in years.
