The receptionist said that due to the takeover, all their information is incorrect and if the payment is double, they will refund it to the customer. Don't hand over your credit card, because they'll just charge all the unexplained amounts to you. After eight phone calls, four emails and two weeks later we finally got our money back. No apology or compensation for the time we spent sorting out their paperwork. Again, don't book this hotel if you want a carefree stay, because you'll have plenty of hassles after staying at this hotel."
