  • Prachtige duplex villa aan het strand gelegen op afgelegen strand, hele huis verhuur. Dit is het oude Caribisch gebied met slechts 100 lokale mensen op het eiland. Fantastisch vissen, snorkelen, zwemmen, wandelen in de natuur, grotten, kiteboarden en gewoon rondhangen is aan de orde van de dag.

    Ideaal voor een familievakantie!

    Elke unit met 2 slaapkamers heeft een queensize bed, een queensize slaapbank en airconditioning. Beide keukens zijn volledig uitgerust, de familiekamer met cd- / mp3-speler met bluetooth-speaker, tv met een grote selectie films. WIFI en mobiele telefoon zijn aanwezig. Het hele huis wordt geleverd met UV-gefilterd regenwater.

    Er zijn twee veranda's, een beschutte, biedt 1000 vierkante voet van het buitenleven. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is hier behalve je badpak.

Fantastic communication. Perfect spot for a family to have room to spread out yet come together as well. Gorgeous location with absolute peace and tranquility.

Heaven on Earth

We have always stayed in Provo and decided to venture to Middle this trip. The water is beautiful and you feel like you are the only people in the world! The house has literally everything needed. We cooked every night we were there. Karen provided all the information needed to make the trip seamless. She was also extremely quick to answer any questions. Can’t wait to come back!

Our favorite Caribbean getaway

Love this home! This is the second time we’ve been here. We rented the entire home for the week. Both sides are Well equipped. The only complaint would be the noseeums, use baby oil will keep ‘em away. This home is waaaaay out…if you want to feel like you have an island to yourself …this is it!

Home in paradise

I can't speak highly enough of Karen and her communication throughout the rental process! We booked this rental villa to share with my parents (who stayed on the Conch half of the property) and my family (myself and husband, with 3 young kids, who stayed on the Flamingo half of the property.) Middle Caicos is a dream, and being able to stay on the island is ideal to have time to experience all of its hidden gems. This villa was so well stocked with all of the household essentials. The kitchen has all the utensils, dishes, cookware, spices, and extras like paper towels, ziplock bags, etc that you could need. The property has a UV filtration system and all the water is potable, which is a lifesaver for not needing to purchase extra water. There are plenty of towels and other miscellaneous beach toys to enjoy your stay. We loved being able to walk right to our own private beach-front area , and we took full advantage of morning and evening walks along the beach. The mosquitos do come out at night, but bug spray and baby oil keep them at bay, especially if you keep moving! We had no issues with bugs getting into the home at all. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay on a beautiful island. Karen was so helpful with my questions and always had quick response-time through VRBO. She also had helpful recommendations for anything we needed info about for local excursions. We hope to come back again in the future!

Beautiful property but remote

First, Karen was the most responsive and helpful host I have ever encountered. She made sure we were all set with instructions from start to finish and she even went out of her way to make sure we were able to get groceries on Christmas Day. I never went more than a few hours without a reply. The house is as described but it was more remote than we had realized, it was about an hour from the ferry. The beach is beautiful though and house is well stocked with everything you need. Thank you Karen for a lovely vacation!

Loved it

If you are looking for a place to stay off the beaten path and you are in need of quiet this is the place. We did have some AC issues but it was outside of the control of Karen and when we alerted her of the issue she sent someone out! I would definitely stay here again
