'We stayed in the King Seaview room which had a marvelous view of the grounds and the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed the rain shower tremendously, best ever. The adult pool water temperature was perfect with built in seating areas looking out to the sea. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the wide water slide. Unfortunately the longer slide was temporarily closed. The only disappointment was the lack of information about the Pattaya floating market the hotel provided shuttle...

'The staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not take advantage of the free beach shuttle service in the golf car but the area was accessible. We even walked. It’s so nice being in a place that’s just the opposite from the busy Pattaya City. Breakfast buffet and à la cart menu was a superb and satisfying start to every day in Thailand. '

'The rooms, sheets en towels weren’t very clean. The service was very slow and there weren’t any chairs around the swimming pool, only tables and seating chairs. There was also no hot water in the shower in the rooms. '

'This place was terrible if you have kids. All the expats staying there start chain-smoking outside their rooms first thing in the morning. Then they smoke weed all evening... We paid for the week but only stayed one night... You can't get a refund if you book through expedia... It's not a convenient enough location to put up with all the smoke.'
