'Beautiful place and very friendly staff. Looks all brand new.'

'I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The staff were immediately welcoming and continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay. The property sits on the hillside overlooking the valley with an infinity pool and several other amazing vantage points. The food is beyond top notch while remaining local (breakfast was an absolute highlight!). Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff easily arranged two days of hiking for us as well as private transportation back to Hanoi. 11/10...

'hotel had beautiful view of mountains. pretty much had to use Grab to get into town . Hotel did not have enough variety of food on menu'

'Great hotel, welcoming staff, room was ready already at 1PM which was great. Would come back for sure.'

Dead bugs were smashed on the walls and no one cleaned it. I booked a Luxury Double room but was given a deluxe room with one bed. They tried to upgrade rooms but still the same issues. This hotel is not luxury. It smells old. It looks as if it’s not used. The doors had holes in them which allowed bugs to settle in the room. We...
