'Perfect stay! Host was very communicative from the start. Looks exactly like the pictures. Place was clean, organized, and perfectly decorated and set up. Kitchen had everything we needed and could think of. Grocery store wasn't far away and great restaurants in Charleston about 15 min drive. '

'Mr. Husson allowed me to check in a couple hrs. early-which he did not have to. The interior was clean and reasonably furnished. Price was reasonable for area. However, advertisement was misleading. Rental is for a floor/flat of a house. Not the whole house. Finished basement was rented to another party (who had a puppy that cried throughout the nights). Also, yard was trashy with litter strewn about.'

'I can’t say enough good things about this home. Meticulously restored and maintained. Furnishings were lovely. Well supplied with paper products, coffee/tea, full kitchen etc. communication was excellent including recommended dining places in walking distance and close to downtown Charleston. "I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. "
