However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem. 'Our family loved the homey feeling of the hotel, the staff was very great and helpful. Very nice area to cool off after the beach. Massage ladies are the best. The pool had the perfect amount of shade and was very clean. We really enjoyed our time at the West Bay lodge and we are planning on visiting soon! '

'El condominio es precioso, estaba bien aseado. Faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina ( licuadora, tostadora, molde para hacer hielo), falta de conexión a canales locales y detalles de bienvenida. Tuvimos dificultades para comunicarnos a la llegada, pero una vez resueltos el personal era amable.'

'This is quaint small property nestled in the jungle. It feels like you're staying in a tree house for adults! The only complaint i have is the bed had no blanket. Even a light blanket is nice in the Carribean. I loved it and would stay here again. They also make great Piña coladas at thr bar.'

'Basic Hotel, at waters edge with Bar and largte deck oveer water. Staff friendly. Basic rooms, but clean with hot water ( Not always a given on island loations ) Dive Center Manager ( Jorge ) top notch, attentive and helpful above and below the water. 1 mile from center of small village, used Tuk Tuk to go everywhere for $2 per trip, much cheaper than renting a scooter for $35 per day. Best restaurant is Mango Tango, easily, with quite tasty gourmet food. '

'Everything was exceptional!! Noel and Sandy were absolutely lovely and very helpful! Breakfast was top notch! Just a short walk from the beach. The beach can get very busy so it was nice to retreat back to the Inn for some peace and quiet with a small private pool under the stars. Room had everything you could need to spend months there. Felt more like a small studio apartment. Very clean!! Not sure when we'll find our way back to Roatan but when we do, we'll definitely be staying here.'
