Muffe kamer, mag nodig een update hebben.
De kamer rook niet fris, erg outbollig. Op het terras stonk het! Franse kolonie. Personeel niet zo vriendelijk. Minste accommodatie ooit! Snel wegwezen voor ons!!

Mooie plek maar er is weinig.
Het was een prachtig hotel super mooi aan gelegd aan het strand en het zwembad is echt geweldig maar die twee dingen zijn gewoon niet genoeg voor een compleet fijn verblijf. Het grootste probleem kwam al bij aankomst, geen taxi wel een bromfiets. Als je dus met openbaar vervoer aankomt, is er helemaal niks. Gelukkig zaten er twee Duitsers bij ons in de trein die ook die kant op moesten, maar die werden gehaald en de eigenaar van het park was zo vriendelijk om ons mee te nemen. Bij Coral hotel zal dat ook fijn zijn geweest, wanneer dat aangegeven zou worden dat er evt. een transfer is, omdat bereikbaarheid dus nul komma nul is. Nu kwamen wij bij daglicht aan, maar moet je je voorstellen dat je in het donker aan kwam, er was helemaal niks. Geen bemanning op het station, helemaal niks. Achteraf had Coral wel een karretje voor transfer,die we dus ook besteld hebben voor de terugreis. Het personeel is zeer verschillend, de één is bijna niet vooruit te branden, tempo slak en de ander moet zich uit de naad werken omdat zij meerdere afdelingen moet bedienen. Raar en slecht georganiseerd. Drinken werd voor je gehaald bij de bar als je boven in het restaurant zat, daar moest het personeel dan heen lopen, lange trap af, zo'n 100 meter lopen en dan weer terug. Wij zaten daar in het regenseizoen, u kunt zich voorstellen wat zich daar af speelde. Doordat dit veel tijd kostte, gaat dat ook weer ten koste van de bediening en service, een andere gast moest hier weer op wachten.

Still good but needs help...
Beautiful place, quiet, relaxing, good atmosphere, great pool. But the hotel is clearly in need of care. And their savings efforts are obvious (poor breakfast buffet, apparent use of ground water that smells of rotten eggs...). Restaurant staff seems more interested in their smart phones than in serving guests.

Great quiet location set on a lovely beach. Lovely swimming pool. Sadly the resort is in need of some tender loving care. Our room was dated anď bathroom in need of renovation. With the exception of the pool area, the rest of the gardens need more care. Toilets in public areas not all functioning and no hand towels provided. Cleanliness could also be improved in the lobby toilets.

Die Ausflugsangebote des Coral Hotels können wir weiterempfehlen. Das ist aber auch das einzigste. Das Hotel ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. In dringend nötige Renovierungen scheint nichts investiert zu werden. Entsprechend runtergekommen sind daher sämtliche Räumlichkeiten. Das Frühstücksangebot führt leider auch zur Abwertung. Sowohl das Angebot als sich die Qualität ist unterdurchschnittlich. Die Umgebung des Hotels führt ebenfalls zur Abwertung. Wer verwahrloste Gebäude und Bauruinen gut findet, ist im Coral Hotel gut aufgehoben.

It is important to not mistaken traditional style with lack of renovation...We invest a lot of money every year to maintain the hotel in the best shape possible despite the difficulties of the maintenance in an environment close to the sea. The major disappointment of this hotel deals with the lack of hospitality from some staff towards locals (Thais). The hotel needs a major revamp. I had to check out one night earlier as I could no longer stay at this hotel. However, I am very happy with the GMs time and effort in listening to my complaints.

A Good Hotel Let Down By Restaurent Service
Had a lovely stay at the Coral hotel. Our Jacuzzi villa was well maintained and clean. The hotel is right at the beach with sun beds both at the pool and on the beach. The only negative is the restaurant. Breakfast was meant to be until 10am. By 9.30 there was very little left and nothing was replenished. We ate in the restaurant both nights so our stay. The first night was great. However the second night was the complete opposite. There appeared to some sort of set meal on for the half board guests. On entering the restaurant we ushered to the far end away from everybody else by being told (quite loudly) “over there, over there! We were then completely ignored for about 15 mins. There was no side plates, despite having bread. We were not offered a drinks menu. Through out our meal the service was poor compared to that being offered to the other guests.

Lovely French haven
PARADISE, that was my first thought as we arrived ! What a fantastic stay we had. The very spacious, attractive cottage with its large verandah and private jacuzzi was just marvelous. (very comfortable beds) We loved the stunning garden and wonderful pool. The staff was very friendly but also not intrusive at all. The massages next to the pool were also great. (our first in Thailand) The resort is right next to a beautiful beach and there are sun loungers for the guests to enjoy. We also drove around and explored the area: the Big Buddha and a cave with many, many Buddhas in, so there is enough to see and do in the area, that is if you would like to leave the place at all. Although the other guests were all predominantly French, even us non - French speaking people thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful place. We can only highly recommend it.

Nice and clean Hotel with a bit more than others
The hotel is located at a beautiful beach in a very calm area of Bang Saphan. The are only a few other small guesthouses and a handful number of snack bars. I would recommend to go there by car. Coral hotel itself offer you a large variety of trips in very different lengths. You can find a really great pool and a whirlpool in the center of the complex. All houses are placed in a beautiful park. The whole infrastructure is in a really good condition. You can join a sauna and massage hut next to the pool. We stayed in bungalow No. 1 which is located next to pool and restaurant. It was equipped in traditional Thai style. The bathroom and toilet have a western standard and were very clean. The beds in the children bedroom are arranged very extraordinary. You can find a small fridge with a well sorted minibar, an aircon and a TV in the main room. The king size bed is really comfortable. Further you can find a small balcony with rear view. The breakfast is really excellent with nearly all things you need to be satisfied. The staff is really sympathic and so friendly to children. The hotel is French managed and nearly all guests while our visit was French. That was quite interesting for us and a big plus because we have the possibility to join a few days in Bang Saphan with a natural French touch.

ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะดวก สบาย แต่บรรยากาศรอบๆ ห้องพัก บางห้องก้อโอเค บางห้องก้อรกเกินไป และอยู่ในมุมอับ ซึ่งห้องที่พวกเราได้พักนั้น อยู่ในมุมอับ บรรยากาศรอบไม่โอเค (ก่อนจอง ได้โทรสอบถามและ request เบอร์ห้องพักไว้ โดยขอห้องที่บรรยากาศภายนอกโล่งๆ ไม่อับ และโรงแรมได้แจ้งแนะนำว่าเป็นห้องเบอร์ ....... และเมื่อไปถึงก้อได้ห้องที่ request ไว้ คือ เบอร์.........ที่โรงแรมแนะนำนั่นแหละ แต่จะบอกว่า สิ่งทีเรารู้สึกได้ คือ ห้องที่เค้าแนะนำ คือห้องที่เราคิดว่ารกที่สุดแล้วในโรงแรมเลย) จึงขอเปลี่ยนห้อง แต่โรงแรมบอกว่าห้องพักเต็มแล้ว (เซ็งสิคะ) แต่บอกว่าจะเปลี่ยนให้ในคืนถัดไป (ก้อยังดี) แต่จะบอกว่าการที่ต้อง move ห้องนั้น ไม่สะดวกสำหรับลูกค้าที่มาเที่ยวพักผ่อน น่ะค่ะ

Bon endroit en famille si vous avez des enfants mais pour visiter il ny a pas beaucoup de choses à faire... dommage les réceptionniste nous a pas aider pour réserver le bateau alors que les autres hôtel s'occupent de tout...femmes de chambres super sympa et resraurant. endroit incroyable dommage pas grand choses à faire en dehors..

Lieu magnifique, beau, qu'en dire? Seul bémol un Hotel qui reçoit principalement des français devrait se payer du personnel francophone. Cuisine excellente à partager avec les petits restos de plage à coté Sauf le jus d'orange diu petit déjeuner , au goût artificiel indigne du reste: acheter une machine à presser des oranges fraîches ou passer au Tropicana avec pulpe!!!! Mais celâ n'empéchera pas de réver y retourner

Betjeningen var hyggelig, men lite behjelpelig med å få tak i en taxsi når vi skulle til en pier og ut på en øy. denne øyen virket det som om hotellet hadde egne turer til og i og med vi ikke hadde bestilt tur igjennom de så kunne de ikke ordne en taxsi til oss, men vi klarte det selv med litt utfordringer da

Les 5h de route depuis Bangkok se méritent. Vous trouverez ensuite calme, tranquillité et dépaysement. Toute l'équipe est très sympathique et serviable. L'hôtel propose toutes sortes d'activités et d'excursions et il y a beaucoup à faire aux alentours. C'était notre 2eme séjour et certainement pas le dernier. À conseiller à tous ceux qui souhaitent s'écarter des grands centres touristiques et trouver de l'authenticité.

Nice beach in front of Hotel
Stayed in room no. 37, which is very small and has a terrace towads the cyclone fence only. Food was good but expansive (noodle soup 90 Bath!), staff friendly but unmotivated. great pool and clean facilities.

Schöne Anlage in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Coral. Gerade die Mischung der Gäste überwiegend Franzosen viele mit Kindern aber auch Holländer Deutsche und am Wochenende Thailänder fanden wir sehr nett. Die Anlage gefiel uns ausgesprochen gut und auch das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. In der Nähe gibt es einige kleine Restaurants. Bang Saphan ist gut zu erreichen mit dem Rad Motobike oder mit dem täglichen Shuttle des Hotels.

Plutôt déçu. .
Point négatif : Chambre plutôt vieillotte avec une odeur étrange. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet mais là encore matériel vieillot.. Point positif : Très bon accueil, super équipe très aimable et souriante.La coupe de fruits frais dans la chambre très agréable.La piscine et le jardin.
