Decent hotel, well maintained but outdated.
Decent hotel, well maintained but bit outdated. Rooms were quite spacious however bed a bit hard compared to other hotels. Would need some restyling to be up to date with 2023. Furthermore quite far in the soi but that was no problem for me personally.

Great hotel with friendly staff
A great and neat hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are up to date and have everything you need. Great bed and powerful airconditioning. The restaurant was also serving good food. The only "downside" was the alley it was located in, however they provide a tuktuk service that leaves every 30 minutes.

The location is great! Near skytrain and BTS. Huge shopping mall close by. Love the pool. Some minor things: couch and carpet dirty. The mattress is really hard. Room service food is okay, could be better taste wise.

Centraal gelegen, ver genoeg van Sukhumvit om geen hinder te hebben van de drukte en toch dichtbij BTS en winkelcentra. Staat van de kamers is goed, maar kamer oogt wat gedateerd, vlekkerig tapijt e.d. Goed ontbijtbuffet en fijn zwembad met lounge-plekken.

This is our go-to hotel in Bangkok! Have stayed at least 5 times! Comfortable beds, great air conditioning! Rooms are spacious and clean. very friendly, helpful staff. Love the pool area! Decent breakfast buffet and it’s nice to have the pool bar and the dining room open again (after Covid). Safe and walkable area close to Terminal 21 and tons of food options. Will definitely be back!

Overall - We had a good experience with this hotel and I would recommend for a stay in Bangkok. We had a slight issue on the first evening with the air conditioning but the staff were very helpful when reviewing the issue and providing us a new upgraded room not long after. The hotel itself is nice, with a good outside area and pool, nice restaurant for Breakfast and in a decent location for food, shopping and transport options. I feel satisfied with the stay for the price we paid and thank the lovely staff at Aspira.

Over the years I stayed many times at the Aspira , even when it had a different name. While the staff do their best, the property itself start to show it's age. The carpet getting dirty, swimming pool not usable due to maintenance.

This place was perfect for my short stay. The hotel room was very clean, ac worked great and they provided clean sheets and cleaning of the room every single day, along with restocking more water bottles for you. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody staying in this area. You are in walking distance to pretty much everything you can image from the mall to shops and food.

Hotel needs to revamp!
My recent stay at Aspira 12th Avenue Asoke Sukhumvit left me with mixed feelings. While the hotel has its merits, it also has some significant drawbacks that need addressing. Let's start with the positives. Undoubtedly, the standout feature of this establishment is the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay enjoyable. The attentive and courteous demeanor of the employees made a positive impression and significantly enhanced my experience. However, it's essential to acknowledge the areas in which this hotel falls short. The first notable issue was the lobby. While it boasts four different sofas, they appear old and worn, which significantly detracts from the overall ambiance. A welcoming and aesthetically pleasing lobby is the first impression a guest gets, and this aspect needs a refresh. Additionally, the functionality of the service lifts left much to be desired. Both lifts to my floor had issues, making the process of getting to and from my room frustratingly slow and unreliable. This is a basic necessity in a hotel, and it should be addressed promptly. Moving on to the rooms, I was disappointed to find that the furniture showed signs of aging. The cabinet doors in my room, for instance, struggled to close properly, giving the room a somewhat unkempt appearance. Attention to detail in room maintenance is crucial, and this aspect was lacking during my stay.

Great hotel in central bangkok
Amazing hotel! Very affordable and the pool area has a nice tropical vibe. All staff were friendly and we had no issue communicating in English. It’s located at the back of the alley and takes just over 5 mins to walk from the main street, but the hotel offers free tuktuk ride to the main street 24/7, which helped us a lot. Overall very satisfied!

Good value, close to mrt and bts, quiet area
Might be far from main road but they have tuk tuk service to and from the hotel. Breakfast options are limited. We were in junior suite and it was fairly worn down. Was able to get a very good night sleep there since it’s so quiet. Would definitely go back.

The worst hotel of my life
This hotel is the worst I have ever been in my life! First They charge the room 2 times! And I have payed for an upgrade room for smoking people and they gave a simple room terrible room no views and no smoking room I pay for breakfast and the charge for a coffee that my friend have we don’t have a breakfast also the pool was no in condition to dirty and the receptionist was very rude the bad was no comfortable the service very poor It was the worst experience ever ! I’ll never recommend this hotel for nobody!
