Prima hotel
Het hotel was mooi, schoon, ideaal gelegen. Voor een hotel in Bangkok is het perfect. Kamers waren goed en ook schoon. Wel wat aan de dure kant. Groot nadeel is dat de mensen onvriendelijk zijn, totaal niet behulpzaam en alles voor geld. Maar verder was het een prima verblijf.

Very good location and thats it. A girl in the reception was kind and helpfull. Room smels bad and is in bad condition, shower drain blocked. Pictures you can see here were taken long, long time ago. But if you like when something bites you at night it will be good choice 😆

Lieu sale, insalubre, loin des belles photos de l'annonce, dans une contre-allée de khaosan road : on a pas envie d'y rester ! La réception est enclavée, sans pancarte. Le personnel est peu accueillant. Je suis restée 4 nuits malheureusement : ils ne m'ont rendu pas un sourire, pas un bonjour non plus.... La chambre est glauque, crasseuse et vétuste. Les draps étaient tachés. Il y avait des moutons de poussière, et des cheveux partout, et des dégoulinures sur les murs. La literie n'est plus qu'un paquet de ressorts. Le wifi est faible est inconstant. La clim n’était qu'une boite à faire du bruit. Il y avait une télé aussi, que je n'avais pas l'intention d'utiliser mais qui, de toutes façons, ne marchait pas. L’équipement est à renouveler, les peintures à refaire. Un coups de balai, de serpillère, nettoyer les vitres et le miroir, il y en aurait des choses à faire. Le quartier est ce qu'il est donc en plus on dort mal. Le karaoké voisin hurle toute la nuit. Au matin, on croise les "survivants'' de la nuit encore ivre et titubant. Je déconseille. A éviter.

Kind of neglected and sad.
Just seems like no one cares about the entrance appearance. Run down and shabby. Room was ok. TV and A/C worked. Hot water in shower. Could look so much nicer with a good scrub, some fresh paint and a few plants! Get rid of broken and worn out furniture in lobby area. Just ok for a short stay.

다시 한번 생각하세요
기본적으로 60년대 여인숙수준이다 건물도 낡았고 내부 인테리어,청소상태가 엉망이며 화장실냄새가 심하다 기본적인 타월조차 비치되어 있지 않고 카운터에 요청하면 한장만 주고 1장 더 달라면 사다쓰라고 한다. 환경은 카오산 메인거리에서 좁은 골목으로 10M들어 가는 데 소음도 어느 정도 들리며 남자혼자라면 모를까 가족여행은 곤란하다 개인적으로 호텔스닷컴에서 추천해서는 안된다고 생각한다

We were positively surprised about this hotel. The access to it and the front is not the best one, but when you are already in your room, you're very surprised. The rooms are great, with AC, TV and even a refrigerator. For those who don't like cold showers, they also have hot water. The decoration and the furniture in the room are really nice and modern. Even if it is directly behind the Khaosan Road, you can barely hear the noise from there. If you are in Bangkok and want to party and have a hotel right next to the party zone where you can also relax, this is definitely the place. If you need a taxi/transfer to the airport, the staff will also help you book it. Even if we only stayed for 1 night, we really enjoyed it and will come back for sure.

Rummet och sängen var ok, lobbyn bestod endast av gamla träbänkar och personalen var måttligt angaskerade, för att komma till hotellet var man tvungen att gå genom en helt nersläckt gränd ( ca 200m) I övrigt ligger hotellet centralt, men jag kommer inte att boka det igen

Ok but slippery bathroom
Hotel location is good, no real problems with the room. But the bathroom floor is an ice rink i fell over and limped with a sore hip and elbow until now. My advice be careful

Awful place. I demand full refund of 4 nights
AWFUL experiece in Sawasdee. Took us almost 1 hour to find the place. No proper direction. The booking pictures online looks nice however, the actual hotel was beyond disaster! The front desk was rude he didn't even assist us in our room. He just made me sign the check-in papers. When we got inside room was dirty, bedsheets looked like it was used and not washed. And there were large mosquitos and room smelled bad. We left right away and did not sleep in this hotel and went to find another one. You should not have asked for payment during online booking. I booked and payed 4 night and my card was charged in full though I did not stay in Sawasdee Banglumpoo. If I could get a full refund I demand for it.

L'accueil est juste raisonnable. Les parties communes laissent à désirer. Je n'ai jamais vue des toilettes d'un hôtel aussi sales. La taille chambres ne correspondent pas du tout au photo du site. Elle était beaucoup trop petite pour 2 personnes.

The room I booked was a Superior Deluxe Double, it looked nothing like the photos on Hotels.com, when I spoke to the person on reception I was told "you not pay full price" I explained I had a large discount as was told "I don't know about discount" and was offered a single room instead?? I spoke with the manager in the morning and was offered a different room a standard double at best, the manager apologized for the other staff member and informed the photos had not been updated for a long time, probably since it originally opened. The corridors stank of cat urine and the location was not that easy to find, I will not be staying there again. I am also not sure I will be using hotels.com as they don't see to be able to verify the condition of the hotels they advertise. The room should have cost 2600 baht per night see the photos for yourself would you have paid full price? I only paid 450 per night I think that's all the rooms were worth - so not all the great deals you see advertised are what they seem. I certainly didn't expect to be spoken to like I was by the staff either very rude.

やはり、古さは仕方ないかな。エアコンも古いので音がうるさいのと、部屋の清掃ですな、髪の毛が何本もおちてたし、ありさんは、毎日ちよろちょろしてたのでつぶしてました。たまたまかもしれませんが、バスタオルがない以前は置いてあったのにでも自前のタオルを持ってきてたのでセーフ

Despite paying for 4 breakfasts there was no breakfast n fact despite the sign outside there was no food service We checked in after midnight very tired No warning of 500 local currency deposit Dirty reception Filthy staircase to 3rd floor room Both aged 63 we requested easy access, price was not a consideration We arrived after 6 flights no porter nor lift to a shabby cupboard , no towels, we had to go down 6 flights tro recieve frayed shabby towels Day 2 bulders drilling loudly after bedtime until around 2230 I would never stay in this hotel again free Sat Tv had 1 french blurred channel 2 thai and NHk No water in Fridge etc AVOID BOOKED IN ERROR AS sAWASDEE SMILE RUN BY SAME MANAGEMENT FULL

Room dangerous, dirty and not what it looks like in photos. Shower over sink with live wires hanging down, refund refused. A disgrace of a place off an alley full of rats. Avoid!!!

ロビーに何匹かいるネコがそこらじゅうにオシッコをしてるので、匂いがきつくくつろげないのが、とっても残念です。 予約しているのに、予約条件の部屋が確保されてない事。友達は夜8時頃チェックインして、予約しているのに掃除が終わるまで1時間待たされていました。 初めてタイにきた人にとっては、すごく不安になる宿です。 私は予約で長期とってしまったので、ちょっと広い明るい角部屋、一番上の3階に変えてもらいました。お湯の出もよく、ベッドも問題なく、冷蔵庫も使えるので良かったですが、wifiは調子が悪く、お部屋では使えませんでした。ロビーでもwifiの入りは良くないです。 予約サイトに書いてある内容は、ほぼ違うので、まずそこを訂正した方がいいのかと思います。

카오산에서 가깝고 버스나 택시타기쉽고 조용한곳.
카오산에서 5분안쪽의 거리이고 대로가 1분이내라 버스나 택시타기좋은데 처음에는 골목안쪽에 있어 찾기가 어려움. (근처에서 물어보고 찾아가거나, 표지판있어서 찾는데 불편함은 없음.) 조식포함이라 아침에 간단한 식사를 할수있어 좋았음.

The room was old and dilapidated, not like the photos shown on the web site. The environment was also bad, crowded and noisy. The facilities were bad and old, some are out of functions.
