Kleine kamers, schone bedden, ontbijt ruimte vies
Vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was redelijk schoon, bedden comfortabel. De kamer was erg klein, nauwelijks ruimte om kleding uit te hangen. Het ontbijt was zeer beperkt en het ontbijtterras was erg vies... de tafels waren plakkerig en er was dagen niet geveegd. Voor een hotel van deze kwaliteit betaalden we THB 2000. Minstens 3x te veel. Komen hier niet meer terug.

Fantasy hotel, I was very happy and felt safe and great assistance from the remarkable staff who were all very friendly and helpful at all times. I send huge thanks to all the lovely staff at your hotel and I will definitely plan to use your hotel again. Rooftop Buffett is another added great feature of the hotel with amazing views and food and drinks available.

Lovely property however not near anything very remote in a very Thai only area. No Concierge to assist to arrange tours ect. The Taxi's in the area don't speak English and couldn't understand things like take us to Grand Palace or Temples. We went to The Mall the closest shopping place on advise of the chemist down the road and it was hard as their were no other westerners and no one seemed to speak much English. We had trouble telling the Taxi how to get back to the hotel as it is written in English on the Expedia site and they can't read it. I think if they want to attract more Westerners they need to provide maybe cards that can be given Guest to the show the Taxi's where they want to go listing all attractions and possible sights of interest. And the Hotel address so that the guests are not stuck without being able to get back as we feared nearly happened to us. Otherwise it was a lovely hotel and the room was nice. Just not enough help or information.

Very disappointed
Room was nothing like pictures, when I asked about it I was told the pictures are of the other building. When I asked about a kettle I was told the kettle’s were for the other building. Decor in room was gaudy (bubble gum pink walls) and roughly finished. No lamp, only one mirror which was in very dark bathroom (black) Bed was hard and uncomfortable

Worst property ever. The staff was not welcoming nor accommodating. The room was bug infested ( ants every where), the towels were torn and old. The bed was hard and the walls of the room filthy. I do not recommend this property it reminds me of the movie Joe's apartment.

The room was not clean. No tissue in the bathroom. Our room was never cleaned the entire time we were there. No towels were replaced. We had to walk to the building next door to get new towels and tissue.

Not good
When I first arrived at 11 o’clock we were told we couldn’t check in until 2:00. We were fine with that until we seen at least 15 people being checked in early. At 1:48 we were finally allowed to check in but they did not want honor our hotels.com confirmation number for two rooms and two nights. They only wanted to give us one room for two nights even though we had already paid in full. After 30+ minutes we were finally given our rooms. They were filthy. Tons of ants crawling everywhere in the bathroom and black mold. We will never stay here again.

No cleaning and no service - no free airport serv.
No service, my wife have to carry her suitcase alone. Stuff only looking. Inside the hotel is old. They first not give the right room. 3 days NO CLEANING OR ROOM SERVICE. A shame for a Thai hotel. Half of the price would be to much. And we have to pay a taxi to the airport - NO FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE! CAREFULLY! Really disappointed!

공항과 가까우나 택시 잡기가 쉽지 않음
겉 외관과 다르게 내부는 매우 노후되어있어요 컵이나 숟가락 이런것이 전혀없고 따로 요청해도 받을수 없었어요 심지어 드라이어 조차 구비 되어있지않았네요 새벽 비행기를 이용해야해서 잠시 짐정도만 보관하려고 돈므앙 공항에서 가까운 곳을 잡은건데 비가 쏟아지는 바람에 씻고 머리를 말리려하니 드라이어가 없어서 놀랐네요.. 심지어 디파짓도 500 받아요.. 돌려주는 돈이긴 한데 글 내용에 없었다가 달라고 하니까 당황했네요.. 직원분들이 친절했음해도 불구하고 재방문 의사는 없습니다..

This hotel is a scam. All the pictures they've listed are in one building, and they rent out rooms to tourists in another building. We didn't even have a view. Upon booking, Expedia gave me the option of asking for a 2 room bed option upon check in. The staff wasn't very fluent in English, but we managed to get an extra cot in the room. With the extra bed, NO PILLOW OR BLANKET. They wanted to charge for that. TV selection was horrible here vs the last hotel we stayed at in Thailand. Wouldn't stay here again. There are better options.

Nice hotel cloe to airport
A good hotel only 20 minutes from Don Muang Airport. Breakfast was good but dont attempt to have breakfast until at leadt 7am as the tour groups fill the room until then.

Very clean and offered cleaning again once we had checked in. Good location for our visit to Bangkok as it was near the university. Everything worked in the room and there was a mini hairdryer. However the hotel does not have an iron! Good breakfast on the eighth floor with a view. Coffee machine wasn't working when we stayed. Some Bangkok hotels can be deceiving in the photos but this was a true representation of what we thought we'd booked.
