Nice hotel, not so friendly staff.
The hotel is well located, quiet and pretty comfortable. We got a 2 bedroom appt which was quite nice with 2 separate bathrooms. The ladies at the reception were not particularly friendly. We were told to have gotten a cheap rate and therefore we would not get breakfast and no WIFI. Crazy thing is WIFI was open without passwords so they just wanted to upsell. Breakfast is 300 Bath/person, nice buffet, but very noisy.

The spa was never open when I went to see them The restaurant (after breakfast) was massively limited and expensive The breakfast bar was generally good, but the music was terrible: loud lift music type jazz Having a washing machine in the room was excellent No bath, only a shower Room service only comes if you hit the light to clean the room but they are very good and helpful when they do come The gym is good Rooftop pool is good Like others have said, generally a bit run-down Convenient 7-11 store over the road 2 minutes away

We stayed on a two bedroom property,very convenient as we can cook and wash clothes.Location is close to Lumphini park,Pratrunam Market and Siam Paragon. Hotel staff are the star of the stay for being welcoming helpful and friendly.Will recommend Urbana Langsuan and I will stay here again for sure.

Correct et appartement très fonctionnel (machine à laver), mais un petit rafraîchissement général serait le bienvenu... La partie "spa" de la piscine ne fonctionne pas depuis bien longtemps, apparemment. Le personnel de la réception semble complètement blasé, et n'esquisse même plus de sourires pour la forme (mais on peut les comprendre face aux comportements des touristes en goguette à Bangkok).

Nice and spacious room. But the aircon in our unit was either freezing cold or hot! We couldn’t adjust the right temperature. Breakfast was quite nice. The pool was on the rooftop with the amazing view; although, we couldn’t find any pool towels.

酒店附近有很多7-11，日間還有一些路邊小食…房間感覺有D舊，但尚算乾淨。沒有牙刷、牙膏（記得要自備）。如果你想要多樣野打電話問職員攞到房間，要等好耐。
