Staff were courteous and helpful in every respect - quality of hotel decor and fittings was very good. Excellent comfortable room, and food was well produced from varied menu. It is true that I did not request a change. I was there for one day and tired.

That said, 804 can be a bit noisy when there is an event in the meeting room. The hotel is super nice. Just ask for a different room.'
