The host has good communication and was willing to accommodate our dog that recently got hurt right before our trip and our child whom we had to take our trip. 'My wife and I had a fantastic 4th of July at this location. Picnic outdoors by the pond was wonderfully peaceful and private.Owners have the place well stocked. Every thing we needed / expected was easily found.We will definitely return! '

'Because of the size of our group, we booked the lodge along with the campground, yurt, and the homestead cabin. The set up was marvelous for our family of 43. The beds were comfortable, and spaces were well-equipped. The kitchen was our main selling point. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to prepare and serve food. Inside plus outside seating easily accommodated our large group. The weather was too warm to have a campfire, but the campfire space was an excellent outdoor gathering space....

'Had a great stay! Worked perfectly for our “needs”. We stayed here the night before our fishing tournament at Bullards Bar. Plenty of room to park both of our boats and tow vehicles. Very nice house. Would definitely stay again, and recommend. The only thing that would have made it better for our situation would have been to have either two adult sized twin or full beds in the room that had bunk beds. But, I’m sure that a family with younger kids would find the bunk beds ideal for their...
