The villa is very elegantly decorated. Everything is functional.
Entrance hall, reception room coming out on a large covered shady terrace, ,formal dining room for 10, spacious fully equiped kitchen, family TV room and a lot of space for all your family and friends.
The first master suite has a kingsize bed and en suite showerroom. The second master suite has 2 double beds, en suite showerroom and a walk in dressing. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and a private showerroom. Bedroom nr. 4 has a Queen size bed and communicates with the second master suite. Bedroom nr. 5 has a Queen size bed.
These 5 bedrooms are all equiped with full airconditioning, big ceiling fans and anti-mosquito screens before the windows.
The villa is equiped with a 2.5kilowatt inversor and a 25Kilovolt power generator so in case of a general electricity breakdown, there is always full power in the villa. The shallow pool is ideal and safe for children while adults will enjoy the second large pool.
Near the pool you enjoy a tropical lounge bar with view over the 2 pools , a charming kiosk with dinner table for 10 and a large grill/barbecue.
The private Pickle ball &tennis court is lighted so you can play in the fresh tropical evenings. If you rather like the sea than tennis, our private skipper can bring you with his typical fisher boat in 20 minutes to unspoiled beaches with crystal clear water where you will meet no tourists but some local fishermen and pelicans.
The tropical garden of almost 1 acre is beautiful with palm, mango and almond trees and very safe for the children being completely fenced.
Playground for the children with swings and slides, basketball and volleyball.
Bani is not yet discovered by the tourists and has kept its authentic relaxed atmosphere. At the end of your avenue arrive every morning the fisher boats and for a couple of pesos you choose your fresh dorade. Only 15 minutes walk from your villa you discover the local daily market and enjoy an excellent meal in one of the typical restaurants for less than 5 dollars

Bani is the gateway to the virgin and unspoiled South-west coast of enchantingly beauty. The Cordillera Central with mountains of more than 9,800 feet is only one hour drive from your villa. In a short time you will escape from the tropical heat and have the impression that you are in the Swiss Alps, after having crossed coffee, and tobacco plantations. Protected by this mountain chain Bani benefits from the most sunny and dry climate of whole the Dominican Republic. The capital Santo Domingo is only 40 minutes drive from your villa and you will be captivated by the old colonial city founded in 1496 by the youngest brother of Christopher Columbus.

Bani is considered as the cleanest town of the country and pleasant to walk with lots of tree-shaded parks. You will meet no tourists but very friendly Dominicans always willing to help you.

If you like boating the marina of Bani is only 25 minutes drive from your home and we can charter you a boat if you like.
