Located in the premier Echota on the Ridge neighborhood within the Echota gated community, this three-level, five-bedroom home rests high atop a ridge line with stunning mountain views. Included in the Echota club amenities are two clubhouses with swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor) and two fitness centers. Both gorgeous clubhouses have fireplaces, kitchens, libraries, pool tables, and more. Echota also boasts a private 25-acre riverside park with a picnic pavilion and grill on the Watauga River, fishing ponds, and miles of hiking and walking trails. Ridge Haven Lodge at Echota sits just one minute from the Ridgetop Clubhouse and outdoor pool, where summer guests can relax and enjoy long mountain views from the water. The second clubhouse boasts a year-round indoor pool and hot tub just 6 minutes from the house. The resort fee of $20 a day caps at $100 (5 Days) - so bookings longer than 5 days have the advantage of not paying any extra resort fees.

This ridgeline escape features soaring tongue-and-groove vaulted ceilings in the living room, a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone gas fireplace, and an antler light fixture giving this luxury home a rustic, mountain feel. The open kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a black walnut slab island with four bar stools. There is seating for ten at the main dining table, with additional outdoor dining on the covered porch by the gas grill. The lower level den boasts a pool table, coffee bar, work desk, and TV. The lower level deck houses the hot tub overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains.

There is plenty of comfortable space for up to twelve guests in the five bedrooms. The Hickory master suite, situated on the main level, has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom. The Chestnut suite, located on the upper level, has a king bed, a private bathroom, and a full-size sleeper loveseat for an additional sleeping spot. Also located upstairs is the Dogwood suite with a king bed, a twin-size sleeper chair, and a private ensuite bathroom. The Frasier Bedroom on the lower level boasts a beautiful view of the mountains from the king bed, and the Red Maple bedroom is a comfortable room with two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. There is a lower-level hallway bathroom with a step-in shower and double vanities.

Ridge Haven Lodge at Echota offers more features and conveniences that guests are sure to appreciate! Central Heat and Air Conditioning provide year-round comfort control. High-Speed WiFi Internet and paid TV programming on all 8 HD TVs make work and play easy and enjoyable. There is parking for two cars directly in front of the main covered porch entrance, and two additional vehicles may be parked at the clubhouse. This home is not pet friendly.

Echota is located conveniently between Boone and Banner Elk and 20 minutes to Blowing Rock, with easy access to many of the High Country's favorite attractions like Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, Grandfather Vineyard and Winery, High Gravity Adventures Aerial Park, and many others.
