Welcome to Mountain Memories, a cozy mountain retreat nestled in the peaceful Mountain Meadows community of Banner Elk. This private lower-level guest suite is perfect for couples, small families, and outdoor enthusiasts, providing a comfortable home base for exploring the High Country.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire lower level, which has a private patio entrance. Inside, you'll find a welcoming living area highlighted by a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace, along with a full kitchen, dining space, and comfortable seating—ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure.

The suite features two bedrooms that can accommodate up to six guests: a king bedroom and a family-friendly bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a queen bed. A shared hallway bathroom serves the guest area. Additionally, televisions are available in the living room and both bedrooms, allowing guests to unwind with their favorite streaming services using their own login credentials.

Step outside to enjoy your own private outdoor living area, which includes a hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit—exclusively reserved for guest use. Whether you're soaking under the stars after a day on the slopes or gathering around the fire on a cool mountain evening, this outdoor space creates lasting memories.

Mountain Memories is ideally located near some of the High Country's most popular attractions, including Wildcat Lake, the Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, Grandfather Mountain State Park, and the renowned Profile Trail. Downtown Banner Elk's restaurants, shops, wineries, and seasonal events are just a short drive away.

Please note that the upper level of the home is reserved for the owner and may be occupied on occasion; however, all guest amenities—including the entrance, patio, hot tub, grill, and fire pit—are completely private and for guest use only.

Additional Notes:
- Pet-friendly! One dog is welcome for an additional pet fee.
- One exterior security camera monitors the gravel driveway for security purposes only.
- Guests should be prepared to log into their personal streaming accounts.
- During winter months, 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended, and tire chains may be necessary during snow or ice events.
