Welkom bij Sindy's Ranch. Dit Grand Six-huis ligt tegenover het skiresort Sugar Mountain in Banner Elk, ideaal voor een skivakantie met het gezin of een vriend!

Slaapplaatsen: Sindy's Ranch heeft drie slaapkamers, maar nog eens drie privéslaapplaatsen.
Hoofdniveau: Master King-kamer, twee kamers met een queensize bed en een gedeeld ligbad, een slaapbank in de woonkamer en een half bad
Lager niveau: King Room, Queen Room, Room with Twin over Twin stapelbed en Twin over Full Bunk, gedeelde badkamer met een betegelde douche

Stap door de deuren naar de luxe keuken, gevuld met nieuwe meubels en apparatuur voor de chef-kok in de familie! Ga door naar de gezellige woonkamer met een gashaard om op te kruipen voor en veel zitplaatsen voor het hele gezin om van te genieten en 's avonds van gelach en herinneringen. Net buiten de keuken en woonkamer, het grote dek biedt veel stoelen om te ontspannen met je 's ochtends koffie en genieten van het uitzicht op de bergen en de skipistes van Sugar Mountain. U kunt ook dit geweldige uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer zien, gelegen op het hoogste niveau met een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer. Net buiten de Franse deuren van de meester, profiteer van de gloednieuwe sauna.

Beleef het gezin met een ronde biljart, gelegen in de open loft of ga naar het lagere niveau, waar u een pokertafel, een dartbord, een sjoeltafel, een arcadespel en een groot entertainmentcentrum vindt voor filmavonden. Na een dag op de hellingen of wandelen op de nabijgelegen Blue Ridge Parkway, kunt u een duik nemen in de grote hot tub, net buiten het lagere niveau of tijd doorbrengen rond de vuurplaats in de privétuin. Dit gigantische huis is gemaakt voor herinneringen, of u nu rustig aan wilt doen en uw voeten op wilt steken of naar buiten wilt gaan om uw volgende avontuur te vinden.

De oprit is steil en grind. Het wordt in de winter geploegd, maar 4WD- of AWD-voertuigen zijn het hele jaar door nodig, en in de wintermaanden kunnen ook kettingen nodig zijn om toegang te krijgen tot het pand. We helpen u graag bij het vinden van de woning met de toegang waarmee u zich het meest comfortabel voelt, op elk moment van het jaar!

Great holiday memories!

What a lovely place to celebrate our Christmas in the beautiful mountains. This home suited our needs perfectly and we had so much fun. The proximity to both Sugar and Beech mountains for skiing were excellent. We even decorated the home’s decor cactus as our Christmas tree (see photo attached). Thank you for a great memory. We will definitely book with Blue Ridge Rentals again!

Fun stay in Sugar Bear Ridge

Myself and a group of friend stayed at Sugar bear Lodge for our annual cabin trip. We loved the location and the house. The common spaces were large enough to accommodate a large group with out feeling crowded. The kitchen was also well equipped. The hot tub, firepit, pool table, and other games gave us plenty to do and were in great condition! The only thing that I would point out is that the 3 bedrooms in the basement are all connecting, so you have to walk through a bedroom to get to another bedroom and the bathroom. For some groups this might be uncomfortable and I dont feel like I could really tell how the bedrooms were connected from the pictures. Although we would definitely stay again!

Great for large families.

The house was very spacious & roomy with wonderful Mountain View’s. Felt like the entrance into the house with door mats was very worn, dirty & unappealing & working the tv w/o instruction was challenging . But would we rent there again, yes! The grandkids loved it with the large downstairs & the hot tub.

Hot tub issues

This was our second stay here. The location is great for going to sugar mountain. I deducted a star because we have had issues with the hot tub on both occasions. First occasion the hot tub was very foamy and almost intolerable.. This time… we went to get in it for the second night and the smell was awful and the water was yellow. We didn’t do anything out of the ordinary for this to occur. We contacted the manager who said someone would be out that afternoon to look at it. He shows up around 9pm.. so.. we missed out of a full day and night to use the hot tub .. this is a big feature we enjoy in the winter months.. particularly after a day on the slopes The bathtub in the hallway bathroom does not drain properly and you stand in water while showering.. after that.. the tub is gross from all the water I would have given 5 stars if not for these things..

The lodge was the perfect size for our group of 8 & our pups. Comfy & homey for Christmas! Well equipped, great location close to both Sugar Mtn and Beech Mtn. We communicated opportunities to the management company, and had a great response on resolution. Definitely some maintenance needed, but confident things will be resolved.

Wonderful Christmas celebration

This was the perfect cabin to celebrate our family Christmas! There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone and the kids bedroom with bunk beds was awesome! The large family room was perfect for us all to gather with beautiful views of Sugar Mountain. We loved the spacious kitchen...made it easy to cook for our large group. We also enjoyed all the fun activities the area provided from tubing to hiking. We will definitely be back!

50th Anniversary Gathering

Property handled our 14 amily members very well. Lots of space for everyone. Living room was a perfect size for all members to gather one night for our celebration. Property is located close to many activities/wineries/golf courses,/hiking and just plain relaxing. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of eating space for all. The most difficult part of the rental is the driving up to the house. Driveway is in need of repair.

Unlimited potential

Beautiful upstairs area with a large kitchen and well stocked utensils, dishes and pots. The living room has a massive leather couch and other seats around a very large 75" TV. There is also a very large dining room area to seat up to 12 very comfortably. The outdoor furniture on the upstairs deck is very solid and the view is magnificent. The loft with the pool table was nice but could use an updated entertainment center and TV. The downstairs is a little odd with drop-in ceilings with some water damage showing on random panels. Their was also a shuffle board table that was completely broken on both sides with screws falling out everywhere making it useless. Should probably toss that. The upstairs bedroom doors squeak and don't shut flush easily making a lot of unwanted noise in the evening hours. Biggest complaint has to be the grounds keeping and driveway maintenance. The entire area around the outside of the house was covered in foot tall weeds and grass and the garden boxes were overrun. The driveway is unacceptable for a VRBO rental. We took three SUVS with AWD and it was still a struggle to get them to the top. You can park at the bottom but hope you enjoy hauling heavy luggage and groceries up a very steep gravel hill with galleys on either side. All that said, our family had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again after a few upgrades.

Great property with nice amenities. Only challenge is the parking.

The property is awesome. Worth the stay with friends. We went on motorcycles and it was a challenge for me and my friends to get the bikes up on loose gravel up a 30-40 degree incline. Rest of it I would give 5 stars for the place.
