Sleep above the clouds and enjoy the view

Come and stay in our spacious, fully remodeled 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo with balconies on each level and amazing long range views all year round. Enjoy your days hiking, skiing, sledding, biking or just sitting on a comfy recliner couch with a hot cocoa or glass of wine in your hand. We can accommodate up to 8 people (4 adults + 4 kids) and 2 dogs of all sizes (sorry, no kitties).

On the main level you’ll find a spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows and recliner sofas with a big TV for some evening entertainment, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (all necessities plus coffee machine, crock pot, hand mixer, microwave, dishwasher etc.). The upper level consists of a beautiful loft with king size bed, TV, two large dressers and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The view from a balcony is breathtaking! On the lower level you’ll find two bedrooms, one with king size bed, the other one with two tween over tween bunk beds perfect for the little ones (4). Please no adults on the bunk beds, as per manufacturer weight limit. On that level there is also a full bathroom with bath/shower, a half bathroom and a washer and drier for your convenience.

Our home is located only a mile from Beech Mountain Ski resort, close to town center with restaurants, a shop/deli, a dog park with a playground for kids, sledding hills, mini golf, a lake with kayak rental and small sandy beach and many hiking trails. Everyone will find something to do here.

Rules and policies
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking (including vaping). Smoke detectors are installed on each floor. Smoking guests are kindly requested to smoke outside of the property.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Only the guests registered with the booking reservation are allowed within the property.
- Parties or events are not allowed
- The majority of our neighbors live here full time. Please minimize noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep.
