'Convenient location and friendly, accommodating staff. Somewhat dated but very clean. Hot water was plentiful. Chilly climate but plenty of blankets were provided. Breakfast was hot and delicious and filling. There was a tank of drinking water in the lobby. Free use of bath towels to visit the hot springs!'

'We arrived in the evening and we were welcomed very warmly by Bettina and her son. The view was amazing over Baños, very much worth the 15 mins hike up the mountain road. We felt more like being invited at a family, Bettina and Darwin personally cooked our diners which were always very delightful. 'Amazing staff. Main guy was AWESOME. He spoke English. Set me up with all the activities, and knew what was good and what was not. There were 2 girls that worked as volunteers for we work that were just as cool and spoke English as well. My one complaint was my room had no hot water..... I left the water on for 5 minutes. It only got colder.... I needed that shower too... The locals like to party... all night long... my gosh. Makes it harder to sleep. '
