'Absolutely amazing. Best place I’ve EVER stayed. And I mean that. The views were spectacular. And staff was amazing. I got room 315 and it was the best room I could have gotten! It was perfect. And the spa and pool amenities are great. Let’s not forget the breathtaking 360 view of the area. And in a great spot on the ring of Kerry! '

'We loved sitting in the lobby waiting to meet up with family. And the food was delicious. But the staff was exceptional. They were very accommodating and made our stay very comfortable (I was traveling with my 91-year old mother). And she cannot wait to go back next year!'

'This is such a gem! Cute boutique style hotel that kept is charm but has been updated in the past 5 years (i think 2021) and it is beautiful. Staff is so helpful and pointed out great stores, restaurants, and pubs. They are on the corner of the walkable shopping district (so not in the chaos but easy to go have fun) and only a 5 minute walk to a lovely little park with walking trail. Surprised how much i feel in love with this place. '

'Hotel was Okay. But when we wanted tot eat in the Restaurant below we walked away. Their was sufficient place in the restaurant but seats were reserved. Can happen - no problem. So we were asked to sit and wait. Another couple was waiting and they just got something to drink. The staff was very busy so after 10 min we asked if we also could get a drink. But we were reuqested to go to the next door bar. Yeah sure... no way - what an awfull place. Never coming back again!'

Only frustration is that our room did not have air conditioning. Only some rooms have AC but our door opened which allowed plenty of air flow from outside.'

'For property that was opened up in the 1800s, there are modern conveniences and amenities. Location is perfect, the staff is friendly and nice, and the spa is over the top. The building is very old, but everything else gets an A+ plus. there was a concert of instrumental musicians in the lobby on the night that I arrived, which was extraordinary.'
