Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 65 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Banyuls-sur-Mer, nearby the beach. It can accommodate up to 7 people. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a dining area.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 3: a double sofa bed below and a single bed above)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

On the souplex :
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 2 m² balcony to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Banyuls-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.

- Nearest train station: Banyuls-sur-Mer, about 600 m away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, approx. 49 km away

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
