'Super friendly staff. Never needed to ask for anything. My room was super clean. Breakfast was good. My air conditioner worked great. We would leave for lunch and all the linen was changed along with fresh towels. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful stay.'

'I really loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. They were understanding and kind when I had an issue at checkout time. Then property was well maintained. 'Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!'

'Our stay would have been nice. We stopped over to get done rest before we get to Destin,FL. HOWEVER, we are very frustrated that we have to go down 3 times!!! A couple of them in the middle of the night because of the FIRE ALARM going off. The sad part too is there was not even a slight of an apology from the staff or any form of concern of the guests being inconvenient.'

'This chain is consistent and simple. If I’m in the area for a night or two this is a go to place. The rooms are small but I’m not spending a week here. Everything is clean and appears new. Not too many amenities but for a couple days they are perfect for a small family or traveling alone. I will continue to use this chain as a reliable place to stay. This particular place has a very friendly staff that was able to answer questions about the area and guide us to a great place to eat.'

'Booked this room for a member of our team. When he arrived he found blood on the bed linens of one bed and hair in the bed linens of the other. The staff offered another room but he decided to stay somewhere different. In their correspondence with me they stated that this person “was looking for a high end hotel” and I took exception to that bc no one expects blood and hair in their bed linens regardless of amenity expectations. I finally got my refund through Expedia.'

'Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms?
