Guests have access to the entire unit as well as the deck. The backyard and grass areas are strictly off limits as we do not own that land.

With our guest`s privacy being of the utmost importance, we have established a contactless self check-in process. We will send you detailed instructions on how to access the home at the time of the reservation.

-This is apartment is a lived in home and is Not Available for Rent between Nov 30th 2025 - June 2nd 2026

-There is a small 3ft x 4ft mudroom that is shared between the upstairs and downstairs units

-Pack N Play, High Chair, and Stroller are available at an extra cost. If interested please send us a message to learn more!
-Please note that you must be out of the Unit by 10:15AM the LATEST. You will receive a $150 fee if you are out of the unit later than 10:15AM and will be charged an additional $50 for every 15minute interval that you are late after that. We have had problems with guests leaving late in the past and need to make sure that our cleaning team has enough time to properly clean the unit before the next guests arrive.
-No pets are allowed in the unit. You will be charged a $400 Pet Fee if you are caught with a pet in the unit
-No parties or events are allowed in the unit. You will immediately be kicked out of the unit if you hold an event at the unit and will be charged a $1,000 fee
