Wilderness weekend

Amenities great poor management
Property has always been a great family destination for us. We have stayed at all three portions of this resort being the Wilderness hotel, the Glacier Canyon Lodge and the Wyndham timeshare. This time was our first time renting trough Koala vacations on Vrbo to stay in the Wyndham timeshare portion. Communication from Koala has been absolutely horrible. The only times they responded to me was for taking payment info and to answer pre check in questions. I have tried contacting them after check in because I was told the deposit for accidentals was less then what I was charged at check in but they turned out to be almost triple. Zero response from Koala after 48 hours, kinda shows there true colors. I will continue to go to the resort because the resort is top not, it this may be my first and last time trusting Koala vacations for info. My bad review is based on Koala vacations as a company.

Check in was quick! I didn't have to stand in a long line like everyone else. The room keys were nice wristbands so you didn't have to worry about losing them. The place was clean and quiet.

Great place for family!
This is a great location for families looking to stay together on a trip to Wisconsin Dells. The property is huge with tons to do. The only complaint was the cleanliness of the floor. Upon arrival, the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom floor was not cleaned. It seemed everything else was extremely clean except the floor. Would stay again.

Great place!
We came to Wisconsin to ski and just happened to come apon this place on VRBO! So glad we did! It was too cold to ski for most our trip so we all had plenty to do at the resorts! Thanks for letting us use your place!!

Fun at the Wilderness!
We always love staying at The Wilderness in the Wyndham condos. Plenty of space to spread out for the entire family, and the included kitchen is nice. There are tons of things to do at the resort for all ages!

Great Property for Large Families
This property was great for our family of 7 to stay in so we could get away for a long weekend. During check in we were hounded to go to a time share presentation. However, once we declined we were never bothered about it again during our stay. The room needed a little more attention with cleaning in the shower and could have been vacuumed better. Our family has been staying at Galcier Canyon for years in the 2 bedroom rooms they offer. This place was MUCH better. This place provided 2 full bathrooms which made showering much easier (the other rooms only have 1 shower). It also has a washer & dryer. Although we did not wash any clothes while there, we used the dryer everyday to dry our suits. We also appreciated the dining table for playing games on everynight. When staying at Glacier Canyon, we ways try to stay as close to the bridge as possible to minimize walking. During this stay we were at the farthest point you could be (minus 2-3 rooms) from the waterparks. With that said, walking was still very manageable with our group, ages 3-63. Everywhere in the hotel, waterparks, arcade and all other outside restaurants & places in the Dells, masking for COVID was non-existent. Staff was good about it, but we hardly saw anyone else wearing masks- it was not enforced anywhere. Overall, we would stay here again as it was a wonderful experience! Thank you Mike!!

It was a great experience renting this place. We visit the Wilderness frequently. However, I think the cleanliness of the place has gone down hill. It had a very musty smell when we arrived and the shower had hair and spiders in it. The renting process was easy and great! Would rent again!

First Family Vacation
This vacation couldn't have gone any better. Was so nice to be in a lodge so kids could nap and sleep while we were awake and having a kitchen to save money by being able to prepare meals was a huge plus. Definitely will be back.
