The Property.

Villa Bianca is a standalone building, nestled in meticulously maintained, flower-filled gardens. It consists of a living room with an open-concept kitchen fully equipped with appliances (including a dishwasher, a grill/steam/microwave oven, and a Bialetti espresso machine, among others). The entire house has excellent Wi-Fi, with its own centralized antenna. The house—fully furnished and equipped—has a centralized air conditioning system (including a heat pump for the winter season), as well as a centralized heating system. The systems are certified and were upgraded in 2021. In the three bedrooms, guests will find a double bed (in Bedroom 1), a queen-size bed for two adults and a bunk bed for two children or teenagers (in Bedroom 2), and a queen-size bed (for two adults) in Bedroom 3. Bedroom No. 3 features an additional ninth sleeping spot, for any needs that may arise (children). The closets are spacious. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bidet. Guests have access to an additional outdoor bathroom that is not connected to the main house but is part of the same building, complete with amenities (shower, toilet, bidet) and which also serves as the laundry room (a washing machine is available there). The outdoor areas are inviting, featuring a panoramic patio where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, aperitifs, and dinner al fresco while taking in the magnificent view. The owner has completed the legal procedures for the SCIA Vacation Rental permit (Prot. Aut. Casa Vacanze Comune Barano 4081/2021).

Additional basic information.

To access Villa Bianca, you must climb a short flight of stairs immediately after the entrance gate; consequently, this accommodations are not recommended for guests who use wheelchairs or have difficulty walking.

For those arriving by car (or renting one): there are no parking spaces available. It is possible to park on the street outside the villa, but please note that the street is narrow, so vans, SUVs, or very large cars may have difficulty parking there.
