'The rooms are massive, very well furnished and well maintained. The food is amazing and the staff are great. The only 2 things to keep in mind is that its a 1 hour drive to the gates of Jim Corbett National park so if you are planning early morning safaris you need to leave at lile 4 am. The place is very peaceful and the owner is very helpful, I does server breakfast and dinner buffet style and lunch is extra and a-la carte but still very good. We enjoyed our stay there and would definetly use...

'very courteous staff, room service without extra charges. Very spacious rooms.
We stayed at ground floor which had an awesome patio up front and there is lawn just outside with tables and chairs to enjoy outdoors. A group of adult males brought liquor bottle and stated drinking right outside our patio all the while taking in foul language. This kind of behavior should be controlled by the management.'

'I really want to appreciate the staff present at the hotel. So diligent and polite they were. They even served the breakfast in bed as per our request. We wanted a scissors in an urgent situation. The hotel arranged it anyhow in less than half an hour. They really go out of the box to help you. The food was amazing. They ensured we had a safe and peaceful stay. Thanks to the hotel staff and management. Would really recommend it to all the people looking forward to have a vacation there. Cheers.'

'The property has a stunning view of the hills which will make you fall in love with it. However, our room had faulty switches because of which we couldn't turn on the geyser at all during our stay. Food was nice but a little on the expensive side.'

'Worst Experience — Not Worth the Money & Poor Support from Hotels.com
Our stay in the family room was extremely disappointing. There was no furniture at all except one bed with just a bedsheet — no chairs, no table, nothing. When we questioned the hotel staff, they simply said, “The same photo is uploaded online,” which is misleading.
There was no privacy either. The back door was made of MS sheet without any proper lock, and only after repeated requests did they tie it with a steel wire to...

'This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!'
