'I wanted to visit my old college stomping grounds for the weekend and this place delivered. Less than 10 min walk to all the downtown spots and a block from the trail to one mile. It’s the side of downtown you want to be in when you’re over 30. The bikes came in so clutch too. Owner was really accommodating and kind. Would definitely book this place again. '

'The property is great for a vacation type visit. Nice, neat yard with interesting plants and trees. Our dog loved it! Inside very neat and clean, with everything needed for your comfort. We like it so much that this was our second year choosing it as our away home when visiting family. The only minor issue was getting used to the freeway traffic noise if sleeping in the west facing bedrooms.'

'We enjoyed our stay in Chico. The property is located in a perfect location for exploring the area. The home is very organized and has everything you might need to feel like home. 'This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Home is always super clean and very well appointed. It has everything guests would need to feel at home. The host is very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.'

'Darcy and Steve were wonderful hosts. The property is nice, the pool was cool, the dogs were adorable. As a guest, you do get a lot more than you realize. The backyard is gorgeous with the pool, multiple seating options, even the grill was nice but the house feels very comfortable. It was a very nice stay. Even if you're only there for a few days, it’s worth it. Also, they're in downtown Chico. We didnt have to go far for anything. '

'The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.'

'Cute little place right off lower Bidwell park. It was right off highway 99 but it was not loud or obnoxious and surprisingly quite 95% of the time. I appreciated the small turffed shaded areas for the dogs, especially since I didn't want to walk them on the 100 degree days on the cement. It has an amazing location and is the perfect place for a single gal with 2 dogs to take refuge from the chaos of graduation weekend. The only negative (which was more a personal preference than a huge...

'It was the perfect, quiet retreat for our own little place during our large family gathering! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the couch was a great place to relax without having to sit on the bed or a hard chair. We will definitely consider staying there again! '
