'The accommodation is so nice to come to. Every morning we woke up with a beautiful view of the Tuscany hills. The people at the reception are also very nice and helpful, they will do anything for you if you ask them. Despite the fact that our car broke down, we had the most wonderful stay at Chianti Village. '

'Wir hatten ein zweistöckiges Familienappartment mit drei Duschbädern, Küche, Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern...sehr komfortabel. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nicht störend. Tolle Poolanlage. Frühstück für deutsche Verhältnisse okay. Das Personal überaus freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kritikpunkt: auf der Terrasse gab es keine Sonnenschirme, was es uns leider unmöglich machte, dort auch mal etwas Zeit zu verbringen. '

'We had high expectations of this accommodation. Based on earlier reviews (maybe this was the case some years ago) we expected a tour through the wine factory and have the possibility to taste and buy some locally produced wines. Unfortunately the place looked abandoned, swimming pool area was outdated (broken chairs and green moisture on the swimming pool walls). There was no possibility for us to have dinner or breakfast at the accommodation. The apartment itself was ok and clean. One day...

'Absolute great place to stay! If you are looking for the 'Tuscany' feeling, not being in a crowded place, in a beautiful 500 years old house (late Renaissance), than this is the place to be! Situated in a magnificent village, you can 'smell' Chianti! Maria is a wonderful host.. And her cooking is amazing! We couldn't enjoy more.. '

Cindy was an amazing host - answering all our questions, providing guidance on places to go and things to see, and helping with those all-important dinner reservations. 'Our hosts Sylvia and Franco were extremely helpful prior to our stay as well as during. They provided maps for hiking and for interesting villages to see in the area! The hotel is in a very small area but accessible to a wide area. Restaurant across road is highly recommended. The hotel has a beautiful pool, well maintained and an area for table tennis or relaxing. Many BBQ’s are available for use.'
