Dear Mrs. Tucson:First of all thank you for having decided to spend a few days in our Aparthotel, although we regret that you did not feel comfortable in some aspects. In principle I have to tell you that the photos are real but perhaps the angle from which they were taken gives the impression that it is larger.Regarding the kitchen utensils, they are the basic ones for cooking, although if you had asked for them, we could have satisfied your needs.Regarding the VIP client, you are right, maybe we could have offered you some detail that would have made you feel more comfortable.Please be assured that if you decide to stay another time we will take it into account.If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
