Dit is een hotel/apartment. In dit hotel is alles aanwezig die nodig hebt op vakantie. Je kan daar zelf koken. Ze hebben strenge regels. Supermarkten zijn op loopafstand. Het Barcelona strand is 15 min lopen. Het personeel is vriendelijk. In het weekend is het vrij parkeren. Het zwembad is op de hoogste verdieping en is erg klein.

Mooi en ruim, heel goede locatie.
Appartement zijn in loftstijl met een industriële look. Modern, ruim en comfortabel. Alles is werkelijk aanwezig (wasmachine, haardroger, diepvries, microgolf-combi, waterkoker, wasrek, .... ). Is heel goed gelegen op 1 blok (100m) van metrohalte LLacuna (Lijn 3 geel), vlakbij een Rambla vol restaurants en zowel kleine als grotere supermarkt en winkels op loopafstand. Is aan te raden zowel voor gezinnen als kindloze reizigers. Het is wel aan de eigenaars om alles in goede staat te houden, want dit was het enige mankement. Een aantal dingen waren stuk door gebrek aan respect reizigers, maar worden ook niet ontvangen: deksel waterkoker kwam los, deksel en pedaal pedaalemmervuilbak stuk, haardroger kon niet gergeled worden (knop er af), een plint was los, bad liep niet goed door,....

Ruim, stil appartement. Dicht bij metro. Goed advies van het personeel. Voor komst en na vertrek uit het appartement konden we veilig de koffers afgeven. Voor de metro een strippenkaart gekocht en dat werkt verder makkelijk. Ook 2 dagen de Tourbus genomen dan kom je overal langs. Kamer voorzien van 2 x airco en 2 x televisie. Wasmachine, vaatwasser en zelfs een strijkbout en föhn. En kookplaat dus koken kan ook. Anders een paar straten verderop gezellige winkelstraat met restaurants.

Gradually declining experience
The living experience here is gradually declining… and staff is rude. That was a good starting at the very beginning, greeted by a very nice lady and explained everything clearly. The room was in good condition and big with all the facilities. However, there are a few things that we felt the apartment needs massive improvements. 1. Supplies of personal hygiene products We in a group of three are staying for 3 nights. 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel are barely enough for us. We then asked for one extra shower gel, but the receptionist said we usually provide just 2 for each room. If you need extra, you will be charged… To be honest, as a 4-star apartment which the room price is not that cheap shouldn’t propose this restriction to the tenants. This should be a low cost for the hotel but they can in turn get a better reputation. This is what the management should consider. 2. Handling of trash and rubbish As a 4-star apartment, we didn’t expect to handle our trash on the checkout date. This doesn’t sound to be a very good living experience. 3. Passive aggressive manner from the staff We have stored our luggage on the checkout date. When we tried to get our luggage, there was no one at the reception and there was a sign saying “Back in 5 minutes”. Eventually, when the staff came back, he gave us an attitude by blaming us disturbing his lunch hour.

So many things were bad during the stay, but the most disgusting thing is this. I saw small flies here and there, and wandering where it comes from, and found out that it was from the open ceiling of the open loft. I checked it by standing on the counter top, and found a lot of garbage on the loft ceiling including used paper plate with food stain on. As result, I stayed jail cell with garbage next to my bed. Very disappointed and disgusting. I chose this property because I had very good experience with DerbyHotels Collection, and trusted their management, but this property proved me wrong. It was totally unwanted experience in Derby Hotels.

I want my money and time back
I am not a picky person but I was so disappointed with this place and it negatively impacted our time in Barcelona. Check in was very inconvenient, as we arrived when no one was on site and had to pay for an expensive taxi to pick up the keys. The room was not as described and sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable. More generally, the place had the feel of a prison. The rooftop pool hours were very limited. Once we were able to access it, we saw it was seriously neglected. My child swam anyway and got terribly sick. When I reported the issue I got a brush off twice, with staff insisting that no one else had complained. I paid three times less at other places in Spain and had a far more pleasant experience.

Unhelpful and like a prison cell
Hotel was a nightmare from arriving after the flight was delayed. Refused to check us into the hotel even though there was a person on the desk looking at u through the glass at 19:00. Instead said we had to come back 4 hours later, or go to the other side of the city to collect the keys. Called 3.5 hrs later to say we were going to collect the keys and they said that option is not available anymore, need to come back at 1am or go to another location to get the keys. By this time it is 23:30 at night with 2 children in tow. Left with no choice, we then travel back and forth to an alternate location, costing us 30EUR in taxis and 1hr of time before we can then get into the apartment. They then refused to pay any compensation for this arrangement we were never told about, instead saying we could have self checked-in!! Which was never mentioned in any paperwork or on any of the phone calls. Once you get in the place is like mini prison cell blocks, where I was told call off if I hear of any parties going on. I understand for the price what I was getting, but add another 30EUR on top and no one that seemed to care, it’s one I won’t be visiting again. Also spoke to hotels.com for the refund and they too washed their hands of the issue on several occasions, even though they were told of the alternative checkin situation and never passed that information on. Took 3 conversations with hotels.com of 20-40 minutes to get any decent feedback. Not great service all for 30 EUR.

La struttura e' moderna e ben tenuta. Gli ambienti sono ampi e vivibili,la pulizia discreta. Il riscaldamento e' con pompa di calore,ma l'impianto e' un po' rumoroso. Il ceckin non e' 24h su 24h come indicato sul sito,ci sono degli orari prestabiliti altrimenti va fatto in altra struttura distante 4 km o on line (ma tassativamente entro 48 ore dall'arrivo). La metro e' molto vicina, pero' in zona ci sono pochissimi negozi o ristoranti.

Ci dispiace, invece, che l'impianto di riscaldamento abbia fatto del rumore. Andremo subito a fare dei controlli. Quanto all'orario del check-in, ci sorprende quanto da lei riportato, poiché sia sul nostro sito che sulle varie piattaforme OTA è specificato che è possibile effettuarlo non prima delle due di pomeriggio. Ci rincuora, comunque, che questo malinteso non abbia influito troppo negativamente sul suo giudizio e che il resto della sua permanenza sia andato bene.Speriamo di poterla accogliere di nuovo in futuro. They charge $8 “tourist” fee per person. Make sure you get there at the times they ask, other wise, like they said, you will have to wait OR go to another location to check in. There was rat poop on one of the mattresses, one of the tv’s didnt work, one of the showers didnt have a closing door so the water wouldn’t come out, the place took over two hours to warm up, and you have to take out the trash. The only positive I found was the location. Close to La Sagrada Familia and other must sees… didn’t have to pay for parking bc i was lucky both nights and found free parking… other wise, it would have been an additional $20 euros

The exterior looks baroque but the interior is very modern - our unit had a 2- 3 story high ceiling! large space (more lighting would have been useful)

Very nice apartment and 10 minutes walk from beach but check-in not possible between 6.30-11pm. You have to walk one hour to collect key (or take taxi). Reception helpful and contactable on phone but not great to arrive off a plane and have to lose time collecting a key from a different location. Restriction not clear when making non-refundable booking.

해변가기는 좋으나 방음이 너무 안되요
처음 도착했을 때 크리스마스로 인해서 무인 체크인 시스템을 이용했음 방법이 수월했고 샐프 체크인을 하기에 무리없었음 숙소 자체도 깨끗하고 지하철 역에서 5분 거리에 있어서 시내 접근하기 쉬웠음 바닷가를 걸어 갈 수 있는 거리에 있어서 야경 보기 좋았음 그러나 주변에 볼거리 할거리가 하나도 없음 또한 옆방의 소음이 새벽 2시까지 들리고 사소한 생활소음까지도 전부 들리는 상황이라 예민한 사람들은 잠을 잘 수가 없음

Attention sur pas côté rue,reste les voisins
Appartement bien équipée et propre,( séjour de 4 jours en famille ), poubelle brûler sur le trottoir d'en face, quartier moyen et très bruyant. Rideaux pas très occultant,peu d'eau chaude. Prenez vous bouchons d'oreilles pour le bruit extérieur comme pour l'intérieur c'est dommage car appartement très sympa. Parking 88€ trop cher Si vous arrivez entre 18h et 23h soit vous allez chercher les clefs à quelques kilomètres de votre appartement( très long en voiture car énormément de feux tricolory ou alors ils reviennent et vous facture 35€. Pas très cool.

Good location, friendly staff
Close to Llacuna subway station, very good value for money! Tidy apartment with all necessities. We were travelling with two kids and the apartment worked brilliantly for us.
