Een mooi hotel, waar wij gebruik van hebben gemaakt voor onze terugvlucht, die erg vroeg in de ochtend vertrok. Shuttle rijdt om de 20 minuten en zet je voor de terminal af.

The guy at the check in desk in the evening is not very service oriëntated. I almost got food poisening from raw chicken they served me 2 times! The hotel room was very warm. The airco did not work properly. I dont get why people rate this hotel so high. Its not 4* worthy. They even charged us for roomservice we never used!

The hotel makes a lot of its shuttle service, which for most of the day is every 20 minutes, otherwise every 40. However, I waited over an hour, and another person over an hour and a half at the terminal 2 stop, and then shared a taxi, paid for by the hotel. Probably the shuttle got full in terminal 1, as the next morning the 4:40 am shuttle was full about 5 minutes before departure. Otherwise, I was upgraded to a very nice room, spacious, nice bathroom and quiet.

Excellent for accommodation very close to the airport for a short stay. The main restaurant had very good food and wine reasonably priced, with good service. The shuttle service was convenient.

Great stay, staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was great, lots of offerings, even champagne! Great that they have a shuttle to and from the airport, would not stay if actually planning to visit Barcelona, nothing around, but that’s expected, usually not much around most airport hotels, we had a one night layover, the kitchen was open late, 1am, which was great as our flight arrived at 10:30pm.

Rooms look very nice but probably the noisiest hotel I've stayed in unfortunately. Service in the terrace restaurant was slow but good was great. The best part was the free shuttle service, it was on time and the driver was so friendly and helpful, can't praise him enough

I got shouted at and hugged up on when I phoned up the room service regarding the pizza that I ordered. I simply phoned up to ask if they could deliver some sauces with the pizza... the person who answered the phone didn't give me a chance to actually ask the question properly... cut me off when I said "Hi, I'm just calling re the pizza to 139" and he shouted back "YES! WE KNOW MY COLLEAGUE IS COMING" and then hung up. Insanely rude. Other than that - nice clean hotel. Good rooms. Fantastic location and the rest of the staff were pleasant. Ideal if you suffer last min cancellation like I did... but that staff member needs a professional discussion in terms of how to speak appropriately to guests...

Todo muy bien con el hotel, solo un par de cosas. Fue muy difícil dar con el vehículo de traslado. No hay suficiente información y hubo que ir por un lugar de difícil acceso. Y segundo, la puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien.

Stayed here for one night before we flew back to the states and enjoyed It! It’s a bit far from any restaurant or like fast food but we stayed here because of its proximity and shuttle to the airport! Super clean and super modern. Staff was very nice and room service was delicious

Most of the experience was actually quite pleasant. Food was great, beds comfortable, service was good. My main complaints are with my room (160). 1) there was the sound of dripping and sometimes gushing water in one of the walls in the bathroom. Not sure if a pipe was broken or something. 2) the design of the shower doesn't make sense. The shower floor is above the bathroom floor height, and there's no ledge to contain the water, and the seals on the door can't contain the water either. So the bathroom floor would get wet or flood when showering. 3) the AC unit in 160 doesn't seem to do anything. It was set to cool at maximum, and the room stayed hot. We eventually opened the windows to get the room cool enough to sleep in, but mosquitoes got in. Maybe the condensation line from the AC unit is broken/leaking. My parents stayed in room 148 and did not have problems 1 and 3, but did experience problem 2.

it is the darkest hotel i've ever been in. i found the room quite scary and had it not been for my husband i'd have slept with the lights on. he didn't mind it but i do all our hotel bookings! the lobby is dark and the hallways are dark. but the desk staff were very nice and the room was clean and the shuttle to airport was great.

Property is old. The look is modern however, the bathroom walls & door were not well maintained. Bed was ok but no cover sheets. Breakfast was good for the cost. I appreciated the shuttle that brought us directly to the airport. This is a nice complementary service and that is why I had chosen the hotel.
