We are a couple with 2 children (4 & 8 years old) who rent our house during our holidays. We are looking for another family of 4 who appreciate that we rent our home to them, which is perfect for your family vacation.

The apartment is very nice, we have a spectacular community area, with a garden and palm trees, a children's play area and a swimming pool. We leave games for the little ones.

The apartment is very pleasant, with lots of natural light throughout the day, facing south, with all rooms exterior, with clear views from all 3 sides.
It is a modern 120 sqm apartment, located on the first floor of a modern building with elevator, next to the beach with a balcony overlooking a park on the street and another balcony in the main bedroom with views of the communal area, swimming pool and children’s park.
The building has a concierge 24 hours a day.

With wooden parquet floors, large sunny balconies, central heating and central air conditioning, our apartment is the right choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Our rooms:

- Large living room is tastefully decorated and opens onto a large south-facing balcony, it also has the big balcony doors and another pleasant lateral window in front of the dining room

- Master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, has a private balcony with window and a terrace overlooking the community area.

- The second bedroom has 2 single beds

- There is a third room that will be closed to store our personal things.

- Fully equipped and functional independent kitchen with all amenities, breakfast bar and access to the balcony. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, hair dryer, cutlery and all necessary kitchen utensils.

- Two modern bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower

We are a family that rents our house during our holidays. The area is ideal for children, we have a spectacular community area, one of the largest in Barcelona, with a very big space and garden top play even football and palm trees, a children's play area and a swimming pool.
Furthermore, in the area you can easily go with children on a bike because the streets are wide, there is a lot of space and many parks around. In addition, the beach is 2 blocks from home.
We are in the center of Barcelona, but without being there. You can walk to the beach (2 blocks away), or go in 10 minutes to Plaza Catalunya, but when you are here, it seems like you are outside of Barcelona on vacation.


The apartment is very well connected:
- The nearest station is Ciudella-Vila Olimpica or Bogatell (L4 yellow).
- There are many buses in the area

To comply with local regulations, the flat can only be rented for a minimum of 31 NIGHTS / 32 DAYS.
