Fully serviced boutique apartment next to Sant Antoni market with 3 double bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms. 30 minutes daily cleaning included from Monday through Saturday.

The flat has a comfortable terrace with a large table and outdoor seating area. The living room is pleasant and bright, offering a comfortable and relaxing space. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools available for cooking. The flat is also fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wifi and smart tv.

Located in the safe neighborhood of Eixample, the apartment is only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the contemporary art museum.

Fabulous location and great property!

This property is well located in lovely neighborhood and accessible to all the sites and transit. Elevator, staff extremely helpful and responsive. Rooms white, bright and airy with balcony access. We recommend 5 stars and would stay there again.

We stayed here for a week. We are a family of 4 (two adults, two teenagers) Too much to say about this flat! The location is great. Metro stations are close. Easy to get a taxi on the street. Good restaurants and cafes for a coffee and pastry in the morning. Large grocery store around the corner. The flat is just like the pictures and has an elevator. Juan greeted us when we checked in. He was very helpful and answered questions. The flat is large and clean. Great place to relax after a day of touring! Would stay here again!

Nice apartment

The property manager had excellent communication and met us for check in immediately upon our arrival. The apartment is a bit smaller than the photos would seem but we were very comfortable with four of us total. The hall stairs are very narrow but there is an elevator. The apartment was very clean and included daily cleaning service if desired which is very nice but the interior needs a bit of upkeep in painting, and in the bathrooms. The washer/dryer is on the first floor.

Everything was as listed on VRBO. The property is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. Great communication with the property managers, including recommendations for dining and arranging for a cab to the airport on checkout day. Everything about our stay was excellent. Edouard was easy to communicate with and gave us an excellent personal orientation to the apartment and the whole area on our arrival which helped enormously. He helped to understand parking, where we should eat which was the restaurant his business owns - but no obligation to go there (we loved the food!). The apartment was inviting and worked extremely well with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The whole district was a great place for our stay

Overall, we like this location, our property manager, Eduard, is very responsive. But there are a few things can be improved: 1. The hot water was running out soon and did not come back for more than one hour on the first night, only the shower in the hallway still having hot water, the other two suites hot water stayed cold for over an hour. 2. There is only glass on the top of the first room, which means no one can stay in the living room if the person sleeps in the first room, the light from the living room is too bright. if there is a curtain or something to block the light from living room, that would help.
