The Apartment was Reality Food. The staff aranged 2 baby beds for our twins. The apartment has a really good kitchen. It has a 3 zone induction plate, a very big refrigerator, a coffee machine and a microwave oven. The beds were comfortable. The staff is really friendly and helps you with whatever is nessescary. Public transport is really good, since there is a metro station and train station. On the other side of the street there are rally lovely local terasses. The staff arranged a later check out for us, because we had 2 little babies with us. If you are staying at this hotel, don't forget to take the metro from placa de sants to espanya for font magique. We sadly enough couldn't see the light show because there was a water shortage. So keep tabs on the local news and you'll be fine

Prima locatie voor een of twee nachten. De duplex is ruim van opzet. Verwacht niet de zweer van een hotel. Geen trap aanwezig. De lift laat lang op zich wachten. Het ontbijt is geen aanrader. Op loop afstand een supermarkt (24h) en genoeg eet tentjes en baretjes. Trein/metro station (Sants) op 200 afstand.

Great location
Great location close to Barcelona Sants, easy to go to the city centre from this point. Enough around the hotel to have a nice diner outside and enjoying the spanish life.

It’s a nice, modern, chic looking property. The rooms were spacious. The thermostat in one of the rooms we booked didn’t seem to work, the room was not getting cold compared to the other room we booked. The thermostat unit seemed to also be older and not updated. We booked the rooms with additional twins beds. Those twin beds were not so modern and not comfortable. Overall, the rooms themselves were really nice as well as was the building and surrounding area. There could’ve been better communication with the handyman who was supposed to fix the broken twin bed and thermostat, but the front desk staff were helpful.

Affordably priced housing near the Sants station. Supposed to be a not so great neighbourhood, but we never felt unsafe. We stayed here as we have seen Barcelona before and they stay was to get over jet lag before we took the train out to the Spanish cities out of Barcelona that we wanted to see

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt gut funktional, hell und angenehm. Ich war allerdings Ende November für 5 Tage da und der Raum war trotz Klimaanlage teilweise sehr frisch. Der Service war leider mangelhaft: die Bettwäsche hatten Haare, daher habe ich von Bekannten eigene organisiert. Nachdem ich die 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier aufgebraucht habe, habe ich Bescheid gesagt, dass ich welche brauche. Die Antwort war, es gibt's gerade keine und ich müsste selbst welche kaufen. Für das Geschirrspüler gab es nur 2 Tabs zur Verfügung, so dass ich teilweise selbst abgewaschen habe und mir überhaupt nicht mehr die Mühe gemacht habe nachzufragen. Die Küche ist auf das absolut Minimum ausgestattet. Auf Anfrage wurde die beschädigte Bratpfanne für eine Person gegen einer (ebenfalls beschädigten) etwas größeren ausgetauscht.

Super convenient location if you need to be near Barcelona Sants (which is not the best part of town). 30 minute walk to Catalonian Art Museum and other cool sites. Generously sized room with a kitchen, which was great. Our room was a tad tired: fridge door didn't close properly, pullout couch was a little frayed. But overall, exactly what we needed, including friendly English speakers at front desk.

We have stayed for one night, the front desk staff was inattentive and had poor customers skills. The window in our unit was open to the street and was high enough that we were unable to close it for the entire night, which brought all the street noise into the room. Mind you it’s a party city on the street below. We hardly slept the night prior early morning to the airport. Regardless of requests the staff never came or close the window. This is not a convenient location at all. Would not recommend staying in this area, especially if you have limited time in the city.

The apartments are in a great location with easy access to sites and transportation hubs, The flat was clean and reasonably well equipped - certainly everything you'd need for a long weekend. The view from the 7th floor where we were are amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout

Location is good. Service is very poor.
The only good thing about this place is the location. Owners know that and they do not care about the upkeep. Sink and Tub fill up with water and they do not want to fix the drainage issue. The lock AC temperature to a very high temp (about 27*C I guess) and I was told on the very last day that it's standard in EU due to Ukraine war. However, the lobby was much cooler (About 23*C if I may guess). So do not expect anything from this place except for the location being close to commute and the hop-on hop-off buses and restaurants.

En general nuestra experiencia fue buena, la atención en la recepción, la habitación limpia, la accesibilidad del hotel, lo único que no me pareció correcto es que en la aplicación se mencionen dos camas, cuando en realidad es una cama y un sofá cama, habría que hacer esa aclaración. Yo seleccione una habitación con dos recamaras y dos camas individuales y una matrimonial, pero al llegar no fue así, me vendieron dos cañas cuando en realidad era solo una, y un sofá.

Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Belle camere e anche moderno, le pecche sono state le camere non tutte con l armadio, strette e la macchina del caffè non funzionante, a quanto sembrava stesso problema per tutte le camere. Tutto il resto ok
