The property manager will send you a 30% payment link for the first payment (We do not accept American Express cards).

The remaining 70% should be paid via bank transfer, provided it has been received before entry into the apartment or in cash at check-in.

A deposit will be charged via credit/debit card at the time of check-in at our office or with a payment link. The refund of the deposit will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Travel cot: Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance, and if available, we will provide it.

Late arrivals:

Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". After this time, a 50€ fee will be charged in cash.

The current Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Receiving a complaint or being found smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least 400 euros.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security, or neighbors intervene, you will be fined 400€ (in addition to the police fine).
