We will review the kitchen equipment immediately; however if you were missing anything, we are very reactive and could have provided what was missing if we would have known. For the security, the metal bars you were asking for are indeed in storage as they are for permanently locking down the villa from the exterior. Here were our exact comments in which we offered some extra security options: "Hi Britta and Frank. I’ve been speaking with the maintenance department. For the front door gate, there is a small bar lock that slides into those holes holding the two doors together. It is in the plastic box in the kitchen where the spare batteries etc are kept. For the metal gates from the inside (both front door and ground level sliding doors as shown in the photos) the rods are in storage because they are not used when clients are in the property. That being said, if you want to use the alarm system, we can arrange this. To activate it, it is quite simple and you can do this from the house but to deactivate it you will need to download the app and we will need to give you the codes. Please let us know if you would like us to provide you access so you feel safer. " Your response at that time was: "I found the bar locks for the main door. Topic solved." We do not feel that our response was lacking in customer service, especially as you replied that the topic was solved? Yes, if there are mosquitos, just use the plug in contraptions that are already in the villa and that would solve it, but it sounds like you didn't see them?
