It consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobes, a bright and comfortable living-dining room, with open kitchen, table for 4people, 2-seater sofa-bed and 1 chair. It has also a bathroom with shower, a balcony overlooking the street facing South.

It is located very close to the most beautiful shopping centre (inside) of Barcelona & teh FIRA exhibition centre, Gran Via 2. It is also 9 minutes by public transport from Plaza España, where you will find the Magic Fountains, the Fira de Montjuic, the Arenas de Barcelona and the Poble Espanyol. Plaza Cataluña (the most central point of Barcelona) is 22 minutes away and the airport 20 minutes.

This apartment is fully equipped, including television, a washing machine, air conditioning/heat pump and free Wi-Fi.

The neighbourhood has all kinds of services, among which you will find supermarkets, shops, bars and very varied restaurants, some of them of prestige.

In front of the shopping centre 'Gran Via 2, you can take 8 different bus lines, most of which reach Plaza Cataluña (the most central place in Barcelona) in less than ten minutes.

You can also take the underground line L8 (Ildefons Cerdá station), to two stations of Plaza España.
