Het Barcelona Classic appartement ligt in het stadscentrum, op slechts een paar blokken afstand van de belangrijkste winkelstraat Paseo de Gracia in de wijk Eixample, tussen de straten Bruc, Provenca en Mallorca. Sagrada Familia is ook heel dichtbij. Er zijn tal van restaurants, supermarkten en charmante winkels in de buurt. Het openbaar vervoer is gemakkelijk te bereiken binnen een paar minuten.

Het appartement bevindt zich op de bovenste verdieping van een neoklassiek gebouw, gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de lift. Door deze locatie is het erg rustig en licht.

Dit luxe appartement heeft onlangs gerenoveerde badkamers, veel vers geschilderde elementen en verkeert in topconditie. Het biedt twee ruime woonkamers met banken en eettafels. Een van de woonkamers heeft een prachtige galerij. De andere heeft een prachtig balkon met uitzicht op de Carrer del Bruc. Vanaf het balkon kunt u ook het pretpark Tibidabo en een stukje zee zien.

Met vier tweepersoonsslaapkamers met comfortabele bedden met kwaliteitsmatrassen en kledingkasten, kan het appartement tot 7 gasten huisvesten. De bedden kunnen naar wens tegen elkaar worden geschoven of worden verdeeld. U vindt ook voldoende kast- en opbergruimte in elke slaapkamer. Daarnaast vindt u 2 complete grote badkamers met elk twee wastafels, een toilet en een douche, evenals een apart toilet.

Er is een volledig uitgeruste keuken - zeer ruim met een eettafel. Het biedt inductiekookplaat, oven, afzuigkap, koelkast, vriezer, vaatwasser, magnetron, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat voor filterkoffie en Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules, waterkoker. Servies in vele verschillende maten, koffie- en espressokopjes, water, rode wijn, witte wijn, champagneglazen, veel potten, pannen, alle keukenbenodigdheden om te koken en bakken. Ook een stofzuiger, stoffer en blik, droogrekken, strijkplank en strijkijzer.
Er is ook een tweede pantrykeuken met een aparte koelkast, vriezer, oven, vaatwasser, magnetron en extra keukengerei om te koken en bakken. Het appartement biedt twee wasmachines en drogers.

De ramen zijn volledig vernieuwd, maar omdat ze van hout zijn (behalve twee badkamerramen), zijn ze nog steeds origineel.

Het appartement is voorzien van een prachtige originele tegelvloer en weelderig stucwerk.

De zwart-witfoto's van Barcelona zijn speciaal voor het appartement gemaakt door een fotograaf.

Lux retreat.

Great apartment in a great location. Quiet neighborhood with good restaurants right outside the door. Very spacious family area, kitchens, wardrobes in the bedrooms and felt very safe. So Happy!!

This apartment/ building/ street is even more beautiful in person. We enjoyed clear communication with the management before and during our stay. The showers were US sized, and the beds were comfortable!! It was a pleasure to stay here! Couldn't figure out how to use the coffee maker, but realized it's better to go to one of the many cafes in the area anyhow.

A few issues, but would return

First, this is a beautiful, well-equipped property. We immensely enjoyed the historic nature of it. The location is walking distance to our favorite areas of the city. The downside were two issues that were not common. First, we arrived late In the evening. We knew we were going to be late and communicated that weeks in advance. We agreed to pay an extra fee for the late check in. I emailed the rental firm when we landed in Barcelona and again when we were 15 minutes out. When we arrived, the bell to the flat was broken and we could not get any one to let us in. Our taxi driver stayed with us and helped us reach the rental company who then got in touch with the person who was to let us in. This created enormous stress for us as we were waiting on the street for about 30 minutes. The flat on the same floor as ours had loud parties. One night they broke the elevator call button which required us to go to the floor below to call the elevator up. We notified the rental company, but no action was taken. At one point, I asked if any one was monitoring the emails. I did not receive a response. To be clear, our complaints with the property were most likely isolated incidents. Overall, we loved it and would stay there again.

Perfect location in a beautiful and roomy setting

There was room to spare in this gorgeous apartment. My family of five (three young children) and nanny enjoyed the shared living spaces and well appointed rooms. Two kitchens and two sets of washer/dryer was very helpful. It felt like we lived in Barcelona for a short time. I do wish a few more instructions were offered (how to buzz someone in, where to take the trash), but otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Fantastic all around

Super location. Property had great space - two living room / sitting areas, which provided space. All amenities as described. Very comfortable environment and building. 4th floor (5th in US), so elevator was great. Centrally located - short walking distance to large market, multiple grocery options, numerous restaurants, two main metro lines, and easy walk to shopping or historic areas. A great apartment for a Barcelona visit.

Beautiful apartment, located within walking distance of many landmarks

My family spent a week at this lovely property. We were a multi-generational group, and all were loved our stay. There were many conveniences: dishwasher, washer and dryer, working air conditioner, elevator, etc. The apartment was fully stacked with towels, cups, plates, dishes, cookware, and all was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed our daily walks to many local attractions such as Sagrada Familia, Casa Milá, and Casa Batlló, as well as shopping areas such as passeig de gracia. My family highly recommends this apartment to others visiting Barcelona.

Great apartment!

Had a very smooth experience with renting the apartment. Communication was good. Check in and out were very smooth. Apartment contained everything we needed for a short city break. Very well located - quiet area but close to amenities and sights. Only small gripe would be that 3 loo rolls between 3 toilets for 4 adults over 3 nights is a bit stingy. Don’t really want to shop got toilet roll on a city mini break!!. Other than that would thoroughly recommend.

Gorgeous apartment in a great neighborhood

Gorgeous apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is clean, spacious and it has been carefully restored with lots of modern touches. The neighborhood is fantastic and there are many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The few minor drawbacks were that we would have appreciated more basic supplies such as paper towels , and coffee that worked with the coffee maker provided. The neighborhood is very lively and can be a little noisy at night, especially on the weekends, but that is also part of the charm. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would consider staying here again.

Great location

We loved this updated and clean apartment. Centrally located with 2 kitchens and washer and dryers. It allowed our family to spread out. The management was easy to work with when we checked in the manager was waiting for us and explained everything very well. One slight drawback was the construction in the building began with hammering at 7:45 am, but presumably that was a limited nuisance.

We really enjoyed the apartment as it was close to everything, clean and quiet. Only little problem we had was on arrival the apartment was not ready even though I had confirmed an early arrival with the owner. We had to wait outside for an hour with our luggage, so we went to take a bite. When we could finally come in, the apartment was still not cleaned so that took another hour. But they let us stay in as we were very tired from the long flight. That is why I rate as a 4 star but everything else was great.

THis stay in Barcelona was delightful in every way.

We were four people and the apartment was just right. Walking to the Gaudi House on our first evening we realized how centrally located we were. It would have helped us to have had a few more paper products but otherwise this apartment was perfect and we would certainly stay again. Many thanks for a delightful stay.
