I , and manny other friends of mine cant sleep well in morningtime. what is the problem. This hotel is situated near a small harnor. A misthorn brings low frequency noise by mist above the sea. The sound is not loud, but has a noise who alarm people ear to awake ! noise repetate about 2x a minute.

Locatie was top, ontbijt was ook prima te doen. Kamers erg gedateerd en zijn wel aan vervanging toe. 1e dag personeel prima daarna was het dramatisch. Het gekste was als je borden of glazen in de kamer wilde hebben (die niet standaard op de kamer zijn) moest je 15euro per item betalen, terwijl de receptie zegt dat er niks betaald hoeft te worden denkt roomservice/housekeeping er anders over. Het was de eerste x in dit hotel maar ook wel meteen de laatste x. Bij het uitchecken was het pasje afgeven en zeggen ze thank you bye bye, niet eens van hoe was je verblijf en dergelijke helemaal niks. Ik had veel verw8 van dit hotel maar helaas heeft het niet voldaan aan onze wensen. Het was de eerste x in dit hotel maar ook wel meteen de laatste x.

Staff is horrible. No basic facilities like hot water kettle.. or even coffee station.. Cleverly they charged us additional 8€ for a glass of hot water plus 2€ to bring the hot water to the room.. when complained at the desk, they just ignored us saying they will look into it.

Hotel Princess Barcelona is clearly undergoing renovation, whilst this will be appreciative in the long term, for now it wasn’t great being woken up at 8am to the sound of drilling! The room was decent, it had quite a comfy bed, but it’s clear it still needs some TLC as the price you’d pay you’d expect it to be a tad nicer (it will probably be renovated soon to be fair to them). The pools were nice, we really enjoyed the breakfast, the bars also looked nice and the location was great! Overall, we had a decent stay in this hotel, and think it will be really lovely once they have completed all their renovations :)

In all it was a good stay. Some constructions, but we did not hear much to it. Outdoor heated pool was a big plus. Breakfast was ok. Just weird there was no normal cheese. The rest was perfect and really friendly staff. I read that some complained about the elevators, but we had no problems. Ams the higher you get up, the more amazing the view is. Most negative thing to say, is that there a night club somewhere, so you can hear the beat from that. But on the 22 floor it was not so loud.
