Heel fijn hotel.

Decent hotel, clean room, friendly staff
Basic hotel at a convenient location (near the Urgell Metro), what you see is what you get. The rooms are decent and clean, had the city view (which is during the day time noisy if you open the window (however very good isolation on the windows, if closed you hear nothing) Staff is really helpfull, for example I found out in the morning that the sink was clogged, but forgot to mention it, when I returned in the evening.the hotel staff had it already fixed. Didnt use the restaurant, so cant comment on that. If you choose the hotel for the swimming pool, then you might be in for a disappointment as it is really small.

Geen dekens op bed, alleen lakens. Interieur niet er netjes uit, maar is zeer goedkoop gemaakt, waardoor er diverse dingen in mindere staat. Hele sfeer van het hotel is gebaseerd op Vueling....een low cost maatschappij....dat gevoel was het ook

Fijn hotel op goede lokatie
Prima hotel: enorm bed, regendouche en gewone, dubbele beglazing en deur naar balkon(netje) waardoor je niets van drukke straat hoort, ruime kamer. Ontbijt was ok, zeker voor de tien euro die we met promo betaalden. Overigens genoeg alternatieven, bv bij bakkerij naast hotel. Zwembad was erg ieniemienie en ik had erg last van de muggen dus daar verder geen gebruik van gemaakt.

What a gem! We had a great room and all of the staff members were welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. We were sorry our stay was so short and are eager to return. I highly recommend this property.

The best hotel in Barcelona
A hotel with a superb location with amazing hospitality! With the metro station 3 minutes by foot away and the greatest local dining area Sant Antoni behind, this hotel was the best choice. After a long day of walking, we could easily come back to put our feet up before heading to dinner. Also, staffs were very kind and took good care of us. They made the journey unforgettable.

Amazing staff
We had a nice stay at this hotel, in large part thanks to Brigith and her coworker Max. They listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to resolve our issues. We're truly grateful for their efforts to make our stay a great one. The hotel is centrally located and has many stores and restaurants nearby. The room is clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was closed to a major Square where the hop on Hop off buses are starting their tours. The staff went out of their way to be polite helpful. The room was very clean. Mattresses were a little hard but some people prefer it this way. We would recommend this hotel.

Perfect stay
We can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were wonderful, with housekeeping even stopping by with some truffles! Location perfect for easy access to the metro & the sights & the airport bus. We were given a fantastic quiet room overlooking the pool and the hotel even provided complimentary cava & chocolate for my husband’s birthday. Powerful shower, vanity products provided, comfy bed & good air-con. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Barcelona.

Clean and nice hotel
The hotel is very clean. Also, it has a nice breakfast buffet. There are nice restaurants nearby. A bit far from Plasa de Catalonia, like 10-15 minutes walk. But, extremely good location for arrival or departure using the airport bus. The pool is much smaller than its picture.

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to shopping, eateries, La Rambla. The room was attractive and the amenities provided were useful. The balcony view took us aback a bit, as it was a view of residents' porches. Overall, it was a good place to stay.
