We had a room with problems with the air conditioning. Despite multiple reports, the problem was not solved. The moisture literally came out of the ceiling and caused an irritated throat and wet clothes. An official complaint via email to the front office manager was never answered. Very unprofessional.
Furthermore, this hotel is aimed at the business market, the tourists "they take for granted". You can tell from the poor service towards tourists. The entire terrace is closed off because of a reception, but you have to take a detour to the swimming pool where there are too few sun loungers and hope that there are still towels.
The breakfast was also plundered and then you had to look for a clean table.
Also ask for a room that is not on the pool side. The business crowd sits here for hours drinking, which echoes and causes the necessary noise pollution
The advantage of this hotel is the location. Close to the beach and the center is easily accessible by public transport
