Prachtig hotel in het stadscentrum
Prachtig hotel midden in het stadscentrum. Ontzettend ruim appartement tegen een scherpe prijs met alle benodigde voorzieningen. Personeel bij het inchecken sprak meerdere talen en was zeer vriendelijk. Al met al erg te spreken over dit hotel!

An excellent 3 night stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable and the bathroom luxurious. An outstanding breakfast buffet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location perfect for exploring adjacent high end shops. My only petty complaint is the too soft pillows. Otherwise a flawless stay.

What a great spot. Staff was beyond courteous and helpful. Rooftop terrace has an eyeball to eyeball view of Sagrada in addition to a great view of Barcelona. The bar/lounge area on the first floor has a wonderful vibe for a quick bite or drink. Our room was small but so beautifully designed that we spent the normal amount of time there. And location was perfect. Close to Gothic Quarter. In a really nice neighborhood. Good stuff.

Wonderful hotel and staff. We totally enjoyed our stay. Very attentive to our questions and needs. Very welcoming and friendly. Only problem was first day with breakfast wait staff was not as attentive as the rest of our stay. Never brought our coffee and did return during our breakfast. The breakfast selections and availability well made up for anything lacking with the staff. Next day was much better. Overall a Majestic experience!

Title: Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona: Elegance with a Few Hiccups Our stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa in Barcelona was a mix of beauty and minor inconveniences. The hotel's attention to detail is impressive, and the check-in experience made us feel special. However, the lobby service was slow during our two nights of drinks, and on the last night, it took an hour to get a bottle of wine. On a positive note, the rooftop provided amazing views and excellent staff. Despite the hiccups, the overall experience was memorable.

Falta informacion en.el.oortal sobre que las residencias no cuentan con limpieza diaria incluida como en un hotel y el personal de front desk no te ayuda mucho. El unico amable y resolutivo fue el concierge Marcelo que tiene la mejor actitud . Lo rescatable es la ubicacion y que el departamento es amplio

Al tratarse de apartamentos residenciales, hemos tenido desde el Covid numerosos clientes que han solicitado no tener servicio diario de limpieza sino "a la carta". Esta información debería haberle sido proporcionada, y le aseguramos que investigaremos para averiguar por qué no fue así. Lamentamos mucho las molestias ocasionadasPor otro lado, compartiremos su feedback con el equipo de recepción para tratar de mejorar el servicio ofrecido. Fabulous visit and first time I had been in Barcelona for a long time at this time of year. The hotel looked beautiful in all areas and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Restaurant and rooftop terrace were really lovely. Ideally situated and well worth the cost.
