Newly renovated apartment with a communal pool and terrace on the roof of the building and fully equipped and furnished of 80 m2, located in a building with an elevator and in the heart of Barcelona, in front of the imposing Arc de Triomphe.

Near the apartment you will find plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and stores. Eixample is a very well connected area with metro and bus lines (Arco de Triunfo). In the Borne district is just a few meters from the famous and imposing Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella, the famous Plaza Catalunya is also very close to this apartment. The Gothic Quarter is just steps away, there you will find the best kept secrets of the city (bars, markets, unique stores, architectural gems and much more. And the best part is that the beach is very close to this building. In short, it is the ideal area for you to enjoy the charm of Barcelona.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

Great Location compact Flat,

The location of the flat is excellent, very near the centre and bars, resteraunts it is well fitted out (10 years ago it would have been pristine)and the beds are comfortable. unfortunately due to the front bedroom having sliding doors rather than window you can hear everything on the street and especially when the bar across the road is having a late night! the two rear single bedrooms where quiet. At check-in we needed to go to another building to get the keys and pay, then catch a taxi here although they didn't then charge us the 40 Euros extra for late check in. My biggest issue overall is that I had to chase the management 4 times for them to return my deposit which took 3 weeks!

BEWARE! This apartment is NOT a 4 bedroom unit.

This listing is disingenuous and false. This is NOT a 4 bedroom apartment— rather it is 3 very small bedrooms with a small living room with a couch. If you require 4 bedrooms, this is not the place for you. We were completely surprised at check in and called the rental office, but there was nothing to be done. So we spent our vacation with the living room turned into a bedroom and nowhere to sit as a family. I have since contacted the rental company and they point out that there is a quick mention of a sofa bed in the living room. That’s bogus, the headline for the place clearly states that it is 4 bdrms PLUS a living room. If you do decide to rent here, plan to wait outside on the street in the heat, as they will be checking in people into the other units in the building. The kitchen is TINY and does not have much in the way of cooking materials. Also, make sure you ask for extra blankets at check in — there are not enough for everyone. It took us 2 days to receive additional blankets. On the positive side: the location is excellent, the place was clean, and the bathrooms are nice.

Nous avons effectué un séjour du 21 au 24 octobre dernier dans cet appartement. A première vue l’endroit était attrayant. Mais une fois sur place c’était tout autre… Nous avions pourtant pris en considération les excellents avis notés sur Abritel. A la réservation, on nous avait assuré (par écrit) que l’on aurait l’appartement du 5ème étage. A la prise de possession des lieux, c’était le 4ème… Après quelques discussions fermes (à l’agence située bien loin, à plusieurs kilomètres…), nous avons pu l’avoir, mais que le lendemain. Force a été de constater en arrivant que le prix de cette location était bien trop cher pour les prestations rendues. Attention, la caution est débitée immédiatement et rendue que 10 jours après ! La propreté des 2 appartements n’était pas de mise, au même titre que l'entretien. On croyait qu’ils étaient laissés à l’abandon : ampoules sur certains luminaires manquantes, poignées de porte-fenêtres cassées empêchant leur fermeture, mauvaise évacuation du lavabo, lampe de chevet ne fonctionnant pas, tiroir d’une armoire + porte d’un meuble cuisine cassés, serrure de la porte d’entrée principale à la résidence manquante, etc. En ce qui concerne la literie, nous avons connu nettement mieux... L’environnement était de surcroît très bruyant (isolation acoustique sur la baie vitrée coulissante donnant sur la rue très perfectible) : même fermée, on avait l’impression que les fenêtres étaient grandes ouvertes ! Et quelle circulation, également la nuit ! Aucune belle vue de part et d'autre de l’appartement. Quelques points positifs heureusement : le rooftop avec sa petite piscine, et la situation, à proximité immédiate du métro et assez proche du centre et des attractions touristiques.

Really good, with a few problems

We are highly experienced travelers, but this was our first time using HomeAway or anything similar. It was a fun experience for us, with a few issues. The location of this property was good. Within walking distance of most of the sites, or an easy taxi or train ride. The apartment itself was good, though not nearly as nice as the photos. Somewhat cheaper and less elegant. The main bed was very hard/cheap and importantly there was only a thin sheet as a cover. We were cold at night, and it got uncomfortable. The other main issue was the noise from the street. The windows are very thin and there is a bar across the street. Bar patrons plus loud traffic and garbage trucks, etc, made it very noisy (especially at night) and took away from our experience. Those key issues aside, we had a good (if slightly uncomfortable at times) stay, and an amazing time in Barcelona - a city we loved.
