Luxurious and located at a great location
This is an excellent hotel, with a luxurious ambiance. The people are friendly, checking in late is optional. The location is in the midst of shops and restaurants and is easily reachable with public transportation.

Paar dagen Barca lekker genieten
Netjes en comfortabele uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen. Winkelcentrum aan de overkant met een aantal leuke winkels en een paar smaakvolle eettentjes. Met de gehuurde fietsen waren we binnen 15 minuten in het centrum maar kun je ook makkelijk en snel naar andere plekker zoals CampNou of SagradaFamilia fietsen. Hotel is niet erg groot en daardoor niet heel druk. We hebben niet gebruik gemaakt van restaurant en zijn daar eigenlijk niet geweest. Wel nog even bij het zwembad op een bedje in de zon uit de wind liggen genieten van het zonnetje. Ondanks een grote weg vlakbij hoorden wij niets.

The hotel is nicely decorated with a beautiful design. Despite the room being a little small for a family of 3, it was a comfortable stay. The first night was a bit too warm because the aircon was centrally controlled so you cannot adjust the temperature. However, this was not a problem as we've found out that the windows can be opened. It would be ideal if reception staff could let the customer know about this during check-in. The room was clean with adequate supply of amenities. Customer service was also great with friendly and fluent English speaking staff. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Near by the metro and bus station, easy to access to everywhere. However, curtain is broken and I found blood stain on my pillow (not from myself). Also, most staffs are nice and helpful, except for an Indian looking guy. I stayed there for 3 nights and found the second floor is too close to the street ( which means is noisy at night). But he refused to switch my room to higher floor from the second night even there’s availability. Can say this guy almost ruined the good image of this boutique hotel.

Hyggeligt hotel med god service
Meget imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Hotellet var rent og pænt - meget hyggeligt, mindre hotel lidt udenfor de helt store turistområder, men meget tæt på metro og busser. Alt i alt meget godt tilfreds.

Reaching the hotel from the airport was really easy (airport bus) and also getting around the city was convenient. The staff was friendly, the check in and check out quick. The room was clean and comfortable. Power outlets next to the bed and some more hooks for the towels are the only really small complaints. Certainly recommended for a city trip.

We had to move from a Junior suite (604) to a terrace room due to a very noisy lift that kept us awake during the first night. The second room was a downgrade and smelt on damp (102). While the hotel did move us promptly, they did not reimburse us for the room change, nor did they offer any form of compensation for the lack of sleep the first night. Very disappointed. Apart from that hotel is clean and pretty. But definitely style over substance.

A lovely boutique hotel with a lap pool on the roof. The hotel is in a great location just outside of the main centre but fully accessible by foot or train. Walking distance to attractions and great food areas ie San Antoni. The staff were most welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is lovely, with beautiful attention to detail. The room was spacious and quiet. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and we called down to the front desk. She said someone could come up to take a look. We stayed up hoping they’d show, but they didn’t. Alas, we went to sleep. It was hot and uncomfortable. I spent the night sweating.
