POR1100 - Apartment in the heart of Gracia

This wonderful apartment in the heart of Gracia features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a spacious, bright living room with air conditioning, complete with windows that allow natural light to flood in, central heating. It has two double bedrooms with double beds; one of the bedrooms includes a walk-in closet and an office.



There is a bathroom with a shower and heating throughout the apartment. The total size is 88m2. Not elevator. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the flat.

Please note the following important information before booking:



- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.



- Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.



-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.



-Arrival after hours:



- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100



- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.



- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros



- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply. (€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).



- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.



- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
