Keine eigene Rezeption. Ein Irgarten im Untergeschoss wo man über einige Ecken zum anderen Hotel kommt. Zuerst wollten sie mir ein Zimmer geben ohne Fenster nach außen. Lüften nicht möglich und keine richtige Lüftung vorhanden. Hotelgäste warten laut bis 2:30 Uhr. Sollte mal renoviert werden. Im Lüftungsschacht war ein Tier das manchmal bei Licht am Lüftungsgitter kratzte. Gut das des aus Metall war. Ich schätze eine Ratte. Kein richtiger Bettüberzug. Nür Tücher und die Bettdecke ragt immer heraus. Das ist einfach unhygienisch.

Reasonable price
It was a pretty good service with polite staff. The rooms need a small maintenance renovation with additional connectors, but anyway, the price was reasonable.

Sunotel junior was great option for the price. Lots of restaurants and fast food options very close to the hotel. The subway is about a block away. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Only issues I had were that there are 2 hotels connected. One is more luxurious and the other is price friendly. The price friendly entrance is either under construction or is just closed permanently. Every time we wanted to go in or out of the hotel, we had to go through a route that involved 2 separate elevators and a long, curvy hallway in between. This was kind of a hassle but doable. Another thing that I wasn’t too happy about was that there was AC and heater available with a small monitor to allow for adjustments. Turns out, we could not control it because it was centralized for the entire floor. If we wanted to make it warmer or colder, we would have to call the front desk to notify maintenance to adjust the temperature. This would have to be done during certain hours as well. Whenever we wouldn’t call to adjust the temperature, we would open the windows to let the cool air in but would encounter either other occupants, smoking or random pedestrian, smoking outside the window. This was during the day and at night at this no smoking hotel. Other than this, the experience was very pleasant, and I would most likely stay at the junior hotel, if I’m looking to save some money. Next time I’d probably stay at the main hotel.

Not a good value for your money.
Badly overpriced. Hostal type property that charges 3-4 star prices. Not a good value for your money. On the positive side: the room was clean, bathroom was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was good but too pricey. On the negative side: The person on the front desk was not friendly or helpful. She gave us some headache with the check in. Also she didn't show us to our room, which was pretty hard to find since it was located in the different building. Room was very small, weirdly shaped and uncomfortable.
