'The chalets are very noisy. You can hear the neighbours walk in their room and when they happen to speak up a little loud you can hear everything. The rooms are non-smoking but they have ash trays so there had been smoking in the room. It stank. For the rest it was clean, there was airco.'

'We chose this property as a place to unwind between the busy areas of Lake Como and Florence and it worked out perfectly. The home is beautiful, clean, and modern with air conditioning in every room, which was perfect given the heat in Bologna that week.
