'Wish i could say the breakfast was great but it wasn't. It was mediocre.'

'Place is old a musty. Rooms old. Lobby old. Staff not helpful. Run from this place. I booked walked in my room walked right out. Went down the street to the Courtyard and stayed. Just took the loss of booking that room. Stay away.'

'Kitchen was not fully equipped except with BUGS!!!!!!! Termites, fleas and cockroaches!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and owner would NOT give refund or even do anything about it!!!!!!!! 'The hotel was nice but a bit outdated. No cable TV in the rooms but they offer DVD rentals in the lobby. Old garbage pails in hallways outside of elevators- these need to be upgraded to nicer receptacles. '

'The property is very dated with very old decor. It was extremely dirty and unkept. We had a power issue, a TV issue and a broken room fan with an extra noisy AC unit. Most of the “resort amenities” were located on another property, requiring transportation. Very disappointed with the overall experience. Will not be returning.'

'We we unable to stay at the property. When we arrived at the apartment, we found that it was in disgusting shape. We found black hairs all in the bed, The refrigerator and freezer were nasty with brown stuff all inside, the lamps were completely rusted, paint on the walls were missing and the dining table was nasty and not at all clean. The biggest issue was the bed full of hairs. We attempted to get the people who run the apartments to move us to another apartment but they refused saying that...

'Staff is very helpful and pleasant. This was a family trip with my yorkie. Room was clean and spacious. A little inconvenient that there was only one elevator the we could use as the other one was being worked on and it took forever '

'My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. '
