'The room was very outdates and not properly cleaned. I found dust on the nightstands, floors not vacuumed and stains on the table. I was super disappointed in the room. On another note, the staff was friendly, and I appreciated the security gate they had.'

'Overall this was a decent place to stay. We were only in town for two nights. The room we had had a few issues link the sink drain in bathroom was broken so water would drain slowly the stopper had to be lifted manually to let water drain out. Some towels had black marks on them. The bed frame in bedroom was sticking out almost like frame was bigger than mattress and box spring scratch leg on it a few times could be a tripping hazard if people aren’t careful. The staff gave me 5$ in quarters to do my laundry for a week I wasn’t expecting to spend two hours of my vacation every other day on the 4th floor doing laundry. 'I love staying here, however I have two issues: 1 - I don't like being forced to listen to a sales pitch for a timeshare, just to get my room keys. 2 - I don't like your 10AM checkout time. I feel like 11 is pretty standard, and most places will even extend that if you call early enough.'
